The bathroom is unclean and horrible. And I cannot trust a Tim Hortons that has a dirty bathroom. I don’t know if the food is handled well. Never coming at this one again.

I ordered a brown sugar iced latte with oat milk they served me a normal milk not an oat milk! I'm allergic to other milk so I specifically repeated it to give me oat milk.
After I paid when I got the drink it was super hot. When I asked why is it hot one of the staff said oh I kept less ice. How come iced latte can be hot??! She said i can add ice on top.
I was running late so got out. When I tried my drink it was tasteless hot drink.

Really disappointed with this Tim Hortons experience. I ordered three potato wedges, and all three were less than half filled. This was not a small variance or settling, these cups were noticeably underfilled compared to what is normally served.
What made it worse is that they placed the dip containers directly on top of the wedges inside the bag, which honestly feels like an attempt to hide how empty the cups were until I opened everything. Once I took the dips out, it was very obvious.
For the price paid, this feels misleading and unfair. Customers should not have to inspect their food to make sure they’re getting what they paid for. I’ve attached photos because the issue speaks for itself.
I expect better consistency and transparency, especially from a brand like Tim Hortons

Filthy - is the only word to describe it. The bathroom was unspeakable. The toilets had not been flushed and were full of toilet paper and what you would expect to see in an unflushed toilet. The hygiene bin was full. The garbage bin was overflowing. The mirror was covered in haze. Bits and pieces of toilet paper all over the floor. The bathroom had clearly not been cleaned for many hours, if at all today.
The food preparation area was better, but not by a lot. The counter in the prep area was covered with crumbs and who knows what. The glass on the display case was hazy.
No way i could eat food prepared here.
I put this all on the manager. As soon as I saw the cleaning chart had been pulled off the back of the bathroom door, I knew what to expect. Is an absolute shame how badly some franchise owners have run the brand into the ground.
