This is what tim horton serves us after increasing the prices of everything this month, the women on duty "ISHA" served this to us with an arrogant attitude and she didn't even tried to wipe it up before giving. The timing of my visit was 7:10pm to 7:13 pm 10 Oct 2024

The CSR called Isha welcoming customers with a smiling face, taking order with carefully and making sandwiches and steep tea always fersh and hand over with a smiling face and saying thanks always. Recommended this place,. Especially with CSR Isha.

This is a robery! Visit on September 14th around 1:30pm. My Timmy's app offer didn't go through, cashier refused to honor the same deal, processed the transaction. After I requested a refund, the manager printed a refund receipt, but my bank card didn't get money back! Very rude service, unbelievable ? I requested the original receipt copy with a Tim hortons feedback code and said I will share my frustration. Later in the evening when I tried the code on Timmy's app, it stated "code was used" already ? so I couldn't even raise an official complaint.
it was my first experience in Tim which was superb i recommend this because of the cleanliness,fast service, for accurate taste , proper hygienic conditions and the friendly nature of all the members.Must go there .

I won’t say about their service but the way they treat people is horrible. one of my friend went their to know if their is a hiring or not but they said,” we will call manager right away” but the manager didn’t came and made her wait for about 2-3 hours. Didn’t they have a mouth to say that we are not hiring if they are not hiring why to waste others time. This really sucks.

I always get the old fashion plain timbits the always mix the old and fresh ones together and you can easily tell which is which. The old timbits that they constantly server are spongy and nasty it happens everytime I go there.
