I had one of the worst customer service experiences last night at this location. I went in to try their protein latte and asked the staff about it, but the person I spoke with was extremely rude and unprofessional. Honestly, I’m not a big fan of Tim’s coffee or service to begin with, and this visit just confirmed why. I regret going there—it felt like I was insulting myself by choosing this place. My only request to the staff is simple: please treat customers with respect and welcome them properly. You work hard, but customer service matters just as much.

Last night i went to this location with my friend and experience was very disappointing. The customer service was rude and unprofessional. The guy didn’t seem interested in helping, and my order was handled carelessly. Instead of feeling welcomed, I felt ignored and rushed. Tim Hortons should really focus on training their staff to treat customers with respect and provide the friendly service people expect.

I had a fantastic experience at Tim Hortons yesterday ! The vanilla iced coffee was perfect – cold and flavorful, and the donut holes were fresh and delicious. The staff member was incredibly friendly, especially sakshi who attended me and provided excellent service. It was a great quick stop for a snack, and the location was clean and well-maintained, highly recommended and i will definitely come back with my other friends.
