TO “The Critic”
I just bought a Pumpkin spice, iced latte. It was bitter. It had no hint of anything resembling pumpkin spice AND it was 2/3 ICE. At $4.19 plus tax, I can buy a bag of ice for cheaper. Only good thing was that it wasn't gaggy sweet. The muffin was okay but crumbles a lot. Trust me.... move on and go elsewhere.

It’s 31/08 5:50 pm I requested some napkins she gave me 2 layers! She was Unprofessional and unfriendly. I like this location but the lady was at that time mead to be more polite.

Unbelievable! A little over 15 min at drive through to grab a coffee. Only 5 cars ahead of me. The slowest service ever, plus they asked multiple times to repeat the order. Insufficient staff. Why?! It is Saturday morning the last summer weekend. Sub-par service.
Last night i came tim horton around12:20am , there night shift two girl talk very rude and didn’t good service,please Trained your night staff .

Worst Tim Horton I have ever seen I was waiting from the last 5 minutes on the front to give my order. Nobody was coming there for taking the order. Two girls were busy in others works. They were not looking at the front is anyone is coming or not. Then one boy is going to start his shift and another boy comes from the kitchen and started to talk in their busy time. They have time to talk to each other but no time for the customer to take their orders. This same thing happened second time.

So, let me first start with the indignity at this specific location.. How can you advertise on Google Maps that your outlet closes at 12AM Midnight, but in actuality, you Closed your doors at 11pm?
Make this Disingenuous Service make sense for the whole of North York and Scarborough..
Then we can have a conversation about the Service Standards etc
