I went through the drive thru today at around 9am. I pulled up to the speaker and the guy greeted me and said good morning to me right away. I asked him for a little more time to think about what I want and he was very kind and patient and told me to take my time. I finally get to the window and it was him again. He was very pleasant to talk to because I redeemed a free coffee and he said “wow you saved a lot of money today”. We shared a laugh and I felt very welcome at this Tim Hortons
