EXTREMELY ARROGANT SERVICE. I had an extremely disappointing experience at the Pharmacy and Lawrence location. Two Indian-looking ladies, who appeared to be working together, were loud, shouting, and very disrespectful towards me, a paying customer. When I tried to pay for an extra cup, one of them, claiming to be the supervisor, denied my payment. As a daily customer, I was shocked by their behavior. The supervisor in question insulted me, and I felt discriminated against due to my Muslim background. I'm not making false allegations; this experience was genuinely disturbing.
Given that I live in the neighborhood, I'll be sure to share my experience with others. The quality of customer service and coffee at this Tim Hortons location seems to have declined significantly, particularly after hiring employees like this supervisor Evening staff's Disgusting behavior and work culture. I'm extremely serious about the poor treatment I received.
If you're a Muslim, I advise you to be cautious when interacting with certain employees, particularly those involved in food preparation. The behavior I encountered was unacceptable and seemed fueled by hate. I hope the management takes necessary actions to address these issues.
I spend my money everyday weekend breakfast at TH.

I usually come here for my caffeine fix. The cashier is always really sweet and the service is generally great, which I appreciate. However, I had a disappointing experience today. I ordered a Large Brown Sugar Latte, but was given a medium by mistake. They did correct it, but unfortunately, the drink tasted off. It seemed like they just added extra milk, and ice to make it a large, and the flavor was totally diluted the color was almost white. Really disappointing compared to the usual quality I expect here. Hope this can be improved going forward.

This Tim Hortons location has the best Double Chocolate Donut I have ever tasted from all the Tim Horton locations I visited. Their food products are mostly fresh and employees are super nice. Highly recommend this location for a visit.

I rarely leave Google reviews, but I feel the need to share my experience today. One of your staff members insisted that I ordered two strawberry watermelon quenchers. I explained that I had only ordered one, but she kept insisting that I had said two. It felt like I was being treated as if I were in the wrong for her actions. I am quite frustrated!
