This location is inside Bridlewood Mall food court. It’s a very high traffic Tims smack in the middle of the food court. The line was only 3 people so I decided to quickly place a mobile order for 1 chocolate dip donut 🍩 because my sugar was dropping. I stood at the counter waiting and watching 5 people place new orders at the counter and pick up their orders while still waiting for the 1 (one) donut and even when I was the only one remaining( still no one even asked what I was waiting for, checked the board for outstanding orders, or just looked at my mobile confirmation on my 📱. After 10 minutes and needing something quick; I interrupted one of the girls to ask her if I could just get the donut and leave. The receipt was still in front of me on the counter because she even asked while looking at it if it was only the one donut 😙🤨.
A little surprised why it took the order so long when there were 10 available ?
Perhaps the mobile order area is still being #tweaked I dunno 🤷🏼♀️

I have great memories and really find most of the staff here kind and respectful, specially Waseema( I hope I remember her name correctly). But the fact that food is getting bad is disappointing. I am a regular customer, not only of this branch but have been to all other branches of Tim Hortons. However, the food here is getting worse. Just last week I ordered a wrap, it barely had anything. I did nothing and ate whatever was there. But then today I ordered wedges for my sister, and this was what I received. Almost all were burned. Really got disappointed. I had to trash them all.

I asked a dark roast coffee, but they served me an original blend one. And they knew it because I heard the person who serve me ask another if they brewed the dark. I did not catch the reply and after I brought the coffee home, I found it is original blend, not the dark roast. Weeks ago, when I asked the same dark roast, they told me I had to wait for 5 minutes because they had to brew the dark first, so I left. I don't think I am a harsh customer for the service or courtesy, but intentionally serve the customer the coffee which is not they asked is totally over the line!

Worst service 7:15pm on 18th Nov 2024, when I asked for Potato Veggies, associate told me that it will take 20 minutes and I responded her back its ok I can wait. Associate response it gonna take 20-25 minutes still you want to wait? with weird expression. I just left the store.

The people here are so sweet! yes they may be slow sometimes but i see them actually trying and it’s located in a mall with a lot of people so i would not blame them. love the people, food & service i love coming here 🖤

I went to the store on Friday in the morning, there was a lineup but the way the team was handling the rush was amazing and I got my drink in less than a minute.
