I went in and got a look from the employees, like why is there a customer here now. I said hello, no reply or acknowledgement from cashier. Ordered a bavel with cream cheese. Paid extra for cream cheese and still got half the serving scraped on the whole thing. They really didnt want to work. I felt like i bothered them by coming.

This location has the worst customer service ever! I agree with the other reviewer that this location should only be drive-thru only because all the employees working behind the counter (4-5) were only focusing for drive-thru customers. If you are ordering from the front counter be prepared to wait in line from 10-15 minutes because they will just ignore you and just focus assisting drive-thru customers. Give us a favour, make this location a drive-thru only so walk-in customers like us will not experience a very unprofessional employees. VERY slow service and poor customer relation (attitude of employees were really bad).

their new canada celebration donut with the chocolate covered popping rocks is great! I also had their orange tangerine frozen quencher which tasted like a creamsicle with the whipped cream.
Completely bad service and attitude for the people work there 😑 looks like they are forced to work there 🙄 if they don't like the work they have to find other kind of job

Today 1 lady with red line on her forehead took my order and doing something else I said please focus 1 thing that you need to do I was in hurry and she said she dont care. Very poor behaviour of these lady. Seems like 4-5 team members are only work here for drive through not for walk in customers
