I recently this Tim Hortons location and was really impressed by the friendly and welcoming staff. From the moment I walked in, I felt at ease with their warm greetings and efficient service. The staff was quick to take my order and ensured everything was exactly how I wanted it. The store itself was spotless, with clean tables, floors, and a well-organized counter area. It’s clear that they prioritize both customer service and cleanliness, which made for a very pleasant experience. Overall, I’d highly recommend this location for anyone looking for fast, friendly service in a tidy environment.

Disappointing Service
I recently visited Tim Hortons and was disappointed by how long I had to wait to place my order. Despite not being overly busy, the service was extremely slow, and staff seemed disorganized. This is not the level of efficiency I expect from such a popular chain. I hope management takes steps to improve wait times and streamline their service because this experience was frustrating and not up to par with what Tim Hortons usually offers.

Their service is ridiculous. I placed a mobile order for 4 coffees and arrived 5 minutes later to find out they haven’t looked at my order let alone start it. They addressed me and I tell them I placed a mobile order and I patiently wait. The drive through is going built up and people are walking in to place their orders. 10 minutes go by and I start to notice people who’ve walked in to place their order are walking out. So I asked them where’s my order as I can visually see none of them even bothering to look my way or even make it. So they asked me again what did you order and I tell them I had a mobile order. 5 customers walk in and then walk out with their order before they even begin making my order. I would understand if I ordered food but I ordered 4 coffees and I’m watching people walk out with coffees in their hands…. At this point I rushed them angrily and the lady makes the 4 coffees and puts it on the counter and leaves. I asked her for a tray calmly and she begins making coffees for other people while replying “okay give me one minute”. With that response alone, these workers do not care for customer service at all. It’s ridiculous to have them working at the front of the store. She didn’t even end up getting me the tray, a customer who was waiting to place an order actually reached over the counter to get me a tray. It’s crazy how these workers are willing to anger customer to the point where we’re doing their jobs for them.

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING....

The service was slow, with staff appearing disinterested in helping customers.when I finally got my orders, it was lukewarm and tasted like it had been sitting out for hours and cmon they gotta learn the difference between cream and milk, dont serve me a drink with cream when it was supposed to be milk.

The place was also dirty, with trash by the entrance and they dont have garbage bins anywhere near, when I asked where could I put empty coffee cups, I was told I should go to nearby gas station.

To top it off, my sandwich was poorly made. It was soggy, with barely any filling, and not even close to the quality I’ve had in the past. My order always cost me $5.60 but it was $5.84 here I just dont get it. Overall a very disappointing experience....would I ever come back here ? absolutely not...

This was by far the worst experience I've had at any Tim's location. I ordered a single drink and a bagel, but the two employees behind the counter were too busy chatting to even acknowledge me when I entered. After finally taking my order, they continued their conversation, totally uninterested in doing their job. I waited a ridiculous 20 minutes just to get my simple order! The place was disgustingly unhygienic, and it was clear the employees didn’t care about cleanliness or service. Absolutely unacceptable!

Micromanaging, too much micromanaging = poor service, spend around 10 mins while car orders got served cause micromanaging, worst, some were improperly made n ppl was coming back. Micromanagement!

Unfortunately today is my last day visit to this place called tim Horton’s at pharmacy and eglinton.. the women who hand you the order by the car drive through window is so disrespectful, rude, and aggressive. No more buying cheap since it comes with cheap manners.
