I recently this Tim Hortons location and was really impressed by the friendly and welcoming staff. From the moment I walked in, I felt at ease with their warm greetings and efficient service. The staff was quick to take my order and ensured everything was exactly how I wanted it. The store itself was spotless, with clean tables, floors, and a well-organized counter area. This store dose not deserve 1 star they are very rude to the customer they ignore you if you walk in. You pay good money and there is no coffee you get hot water with cream. This store is so bad it should be closed I will never go there again and I will tell people not to go there. At this point they are steeling money from the costomers

Usually my order is done on time, very quickly. However less than 10 minutes ago, I ordered a Steak and Egg with extra sauce, a nutella croissant and a Large NUTELLA Iced Capp. Imagine my shock when I'm handed something i did Not pay for.

I was given a Large Iced Capp, just a regular, when i payed for a nutella. Asking about the topping led them to say 'you have to pay extra' But this isn't my drink, I payed for a nutella iced capp and...
