Alyhsa greeted me by showing me the whole carafe of steeped tea (accidentally) and we started the order laughing. What's even funnier is that my order WAS a Large & Medium Steeped Tea! It was like she knew it was for me hahaha! The whole staff also works fast and the queue is constantly moving. It's been a busy day for me and it's lovely to be greeted by Tim's staff cheerfully.
