A word of note: This location is almost always busy and they handle A LOT of people every day. So service for what it is, is very good. Bless these workers for dealing with so much every day. The problem isn't with the establishment, it's with the horrible parking lot, and the fact that so many people with BIG cars and trucks frequent it. It causes tailbacks onto Victoria Park [sometimes] and wrecks havoc in the parking lot. I gave three stars because it's not the business with issues, it's the people who frequent it and the lousy parking lot.

I work and live near the Tims which is located at 3075 Danforth Ave, Toronto and it is always the place where I go for a coffee or a snack. I have been to this store more times than I can remember and am always met with Nowrin who always makes my day.
Nowrin is the definition of excellent customer service—affable, courteous and friendly. She is always cheerful and says hello to me every time I come in, which makes the visit worthwhile. Even on days when it’s still early in the morning such as yesterday being a Sunday, she is always fast and very efficient while making each and every customer feel welcomed.
This kind of service is not easy to come by and I am grateful for every effort that she makes to ensure that I get the best experience every time I visit. It’s great to see someone like Nowrin work here at this Tim Hortons as she is a great addition to the team.
