But and its cold for some reason they speculate cool air and the heat is not on to bad because it just been renovated so bring a fuzzy sweater if like to sit here for a while š

Caught the person making the bagel today at 3pm lie to me that she used the bagel slicer meanwhile she used the knife to cut it (I dont want my bagels cut). I told her that when you cut with knife it gives a ripple effect on the bagel. After making a new one with the bagel slicer, it was clear that the slicer gives it a clean cut.
Pathetic to lie to a customer just so you dont make another bagel (accepting that you made a mistake).
Be authentic, people are stupid.

Service is considered efficient; however, I ordered a steep tea with almond milk but the staff gave me a coffee with almond milk instead... I was already walked away and didn't bother to ask for a change... Please pay attention to what customers are ordering!

I'm glad they are back open now. I got my hot chocolate here along with a muffin from a local business pop up shop there. This Tim Hortons inside the hospital was closed for a while and now I'm glad they are back open now. Very convenient way to get treats while we are waiting during our hospital visit.

I brought my clean reusable cup and redeemed a cold beverage there. They noticed I have the reusable cup after they scan my point card. They said they canāt change the price for me and they canāt use my cup. I said itās okay, they donāt need to change the charges. I just want to use my own cup. But they still insist that I canāt use the cup, without a clear explanation. May I know why?
One staff there don't even give change back. I experienced it twice already, she should know how much to give back and customers should not ask for that. She didn't even bother to apologize.
I never mind what type of customer service is given, as long as you treat people with just decent respect. However, the cashier here was not very pleasant, on this date of November 19, 2024 -3:15pm.
I didnāt mind if my order took long since there was just 2 of them, but a simple hello, please and thank you would have sufficed. It was like talking to a wall and not even sure if she comprehended what I said.

Rude skini white girl yeals at you inches away when another worker was already helping me I felt targeted I feel very weary when I get my coffe here I tried to avoid that skiny short white girl but she interrupts any other worker and talks over them also she came out of the store with her phone wearing some thick ?ļøand with her phone pointing straight upI'm assuming recording a hospital worker follow her out to smoke I presume very fishy I would recommend to the owner watch out 4 this one seems methodical to me
