Food: The food was just as expected, consistent with what you’d find at any Tim Hortons, which is always a good thing.
Service: The service was fast and professional, exactly how I prefer it.
Ambiance: While there's no drive-thru, the seating area was comfortable. The space was clean, modern, and a nice spot to sit and enjoy my meal.
Accessibility: There were self opening doors, and it was pretty level. Which I appreciate.

The service here was fine. I got my order fast. BUT It’s my first time got a beef sandwich with only ONE thin slice of beef. Tim Hortons is franchise. There should be a standard of ingredient. Obviously, this store is not following.

The place is very dirty and the customer service is even worse. Ordering is impossible no one understands you and waiters are often biased. The drinks taste overly watered down compared to store others Tim’s would NOT RECOMMEND.

I had a terrible experience at the Tim Hortons on Kingston Road. I ordered an Egg and Cheese Farmers Wrap, but they gave me sausage instead. I don’t eat meat, so this was extremely careless and unacceptable.
On top of that, the service was incredibly slow. I ordered at 7:00 AM, and it took over 10 minutes to prepare one simple wrap. The staff clearly don’t pay attention to orders, and the wait times are ridiculous. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to come here if you’re looking for fast or accurate service. Very disappointing!

They consistently give the lowest quality, watered down coffee they can, as they are aware they can still make a profit off of the students who would like a coffee to help them get through the day. Don't buy coffee from here.

All foreign students, barely anyone speaks English, store conditions are nasty (if anyone kept this level of cleanliness when I worked Tim’s 20 years ago, they would have been written up and fired.) takes 10 minutes to get the wrong order. Tim Hortons used to be good but they’re all like this now. Do yourself a favour and patronize an independent local coffee shop. The owner will likely respond here “concerned” as with all low-star comments but zero changes have been implemented at store or corporate level. Don’t be fooled.

Patronize some of these locations yourself and see the problems first-hand, Tim Hortons suits. Stay far far away from this place! Unless you’re looking to stand in line for 45 minutes in a filthy dirty restaurant full of high school students fighting and throwing garbage all over the place not to mention the staff were so slow and can barely speak any English. It seems they training new people there every day, I’ve never met such a group of stunned individuals absolutely horrible service and their washrooms haven’t been cleaned in 20 years

Today I placed the order through Tim's app when I was sitting in my car outside the coffee shop. Then as soon as I step into the door, my food and drink was ready with the receipt. This kind of excellent speed of service really surprised me. At some other Tim's, I had to ask the server and mention my order number first, some times I had to wait long to get the mobile order, even slower than waiting in line. But today I really had a good experience here. The server Kevin was professional and very helpful. Thanks!

Staff shortage !! Only 2 staff members on , had to wait 15 minutes to order a peach drink. One team member, doing orders , the other was emptying garbage can !! Unacceptable ,,, customers come first ,, 2 new employees on at one time until fully trained is not good business sense. From a life time restaurant employee
