I’ve been coming to this Tim Hortons for about 6 months, and Shanika has always been amazing. Even during the busiest rushes, she stays calm and handles everything properly. She serves fast, is always polite, and makes sure the orders are right. You can really tell she cares about the customers. She’s one of the best workers here.

I’ve tried iced caps from many Tim Hortons locations, but this branch makes the best one. Perfect flavour and perfect consistency — they get it right every single time.
A big shout-out to the manager as well — she’s really on top of everything. You can tell she pays attention to the details and makes sure customers are taken care of with a smile.😃

I think this location is chronically understaffed. Front staff are fine but the kitchen is a dumpster fire. A whole lot of running around but things get made so slowly. I've been here several times because my son has class in the area. Every single time we've waited a ridiculous amount of time for food. They're always apologetic for the wait but this shouldn't be the norm.
