Ordered a very simple medium coffee with 2 cream and 1 sugar. What they have me was hit water with cream in it and no sugar. Not over exaggerating… it had no coffee flavour at all and was thrown out. Whole order was a bagel and a coffee and was in there for 12 minutes.

Conveniently located with free parking in the plaza, this store lacks a drive-thru and suffers from poor management and maintenance due to insufficient staffing. The washrooms are consistently dirty, especially considering the food service aspect. Additionally, I observed individuals soliciting for money in a manner that seemed suspicious near the store entrance, uninviting.

A small outlet, and quite old with no kiosk. However, the staff are courteous, and provide good service.Also, they have a restroom facility, though it needs to be kept clean.No parking space, except in the plaza beside.Dietary restrictions: As with all other outlets of Tim Hortons, coffee is available with artificial sweetener, though not stevia. So diabetic patients have some respite.

Went to 2 Tim Horton coffee shops today. One got my non dairy and sugar free coffee completely wrong. The second got it right. Both washrooms and floor area were disgustingly filthy. One washroom even had the toilet seat broken off and laying on the cubicle floor as a trip hazard. No one in sight cleaning anything up. Oh well.

The service was good, food was hot but I know your a busy location but the windows and doors should be clean. It reflects badly on restaurants if they are notWheelchair accessibility: Their is plenty of wheelchair parking although most spots are not wide enough for a van unloading acwheelchair

Unprofessional. Quiet morning, the staff is yelling at each other in some sort of Indian language. I have nothing against any language. But this behavior was clearly childish, designed to annoy the patrons.Lack of leadership…. Something you don’t witness at McDonald’s.The coffee was good.

I found this location in a little disorder mid day. Perhaps they need a full-time cleaner. The donuts were tasty but a little hard, I had to warm them to soften them to eat.
