I arrived at 8 PM today to order 6 Boston Creams, and unfortunately, they were sold out. However, one of the front staff kindly offered to make them for me. This level of customer care is truly remarkable, and I'm both speechless and grateful. His name is Balak and Femy was very friendly too.

I just want to say thank you to Lubanpreet, he was so friendly and kind when taking our order. Definitely creates a happy environment to come and have a coffee and bite to eat. He checks in on how his customers are doing which is a rarity in the fast food industry now adays. Thank you Lubanpreet!
