I recently visited one of your locations and ordered a large iced coffee, which was unfortunately extremely disappointing.
The drink I received was almost entirely ice and water, with barely any coffee flavor at all. It tasted like diluted water — completely lacking the quality and taste I expect, especially for $3 drink。 I could get a chocolate milk from Walmart.
When I politely asked the cashier — an older Indian lady — if she could add 1 sugar syrup and 2 cream to improve the taste, she responded with an unprofessional attitude, telling me that “this is what I asked for.”
Hell no — I did not ask for a flavorless iced coffee that tastes like nothing.
I come to Tim Hortons expecting consistency and decent service, but this experience was disappointing both in product and in how I was treated as a customer.
I hope this can be addressed. At the very least, I’d appreciate better staff training and quality control.

I understand there’s a big line up but let me at least finish my damn sentence without you interrupting me asking if I’m done or not .. do better Tim’s? this isn’t the only location that does this

The workers have a strong accent and it’s frustrating to try and understand what they’re trying to tell me. Unfortunately after repeating myself 5 times and saying it slowly they still made my order wrong and made it extra spicy when I specifically asked for it not to be spicy. I do not recommend this specific location and would instead drive a little further for better quality, service and better food. I ended up finding strands of hair in my food. Would not come back again.

It's only been two months in canada for me and my frequent visits to this Tim Hortons has been increased to almost everyday.it's a good place with clean and friendly environment. I had a chance to get served by URVASHI.she is very confident and approachable personality.
