I just bought a crispy chicken wrap and steep tea from this store. The taste of the wrap was very good and steep tea is also fresh. Ik remember there is one girl diya she is very polite and friendly to me i really like her behaviour towards the customer.😊

The staff at this location are incredibly impatient and rude. On top of that, the coffee is extremely low quality. As they're a busy location, I can understand that there's a rush, but the attitude is unnecessary.

I visited Tim Hortons yesterday and had a great experience thanks to the assistant manager, Kirija. I usually don’t ask staff members for their names, but her service stood out so much that I made a point to ask. My order was initially messed up by another staff member, and I was already running late for work. Kirija stepped in immediately and fixed the issue quickly and professionally. She was extremely friendly and very understanding about my situation, which made a stressful moment much easier. Her customer service truly went above and beyond, and she completely turned the experience around. Thanks again, Kirija!

They made me wait around 8 tp 10 minutes for a normal hot latte and mistaken it for hot chocolate. Had to say everything twice still they missed a donut. And its not the first time it happened. They are.always quite busy but i got my drink after around 10 people after me got their drinks. Thats quite not right wait time. They could have asked me what i ordered even after i say it multiple times to two different people.
