The workers have a strong accent and it’s frustrating to try and understand what they’re trying to tell me. Unfortunately after repeating myself 5 times and saying it slowly they still made my order wrong and made it extra spicy when I specifically asked for it not to be spicy. I do not recommend this specific location and would instead drive a little further for better quality, service and better food. I ended up finding strands of hair in my food. Would not come back again.

It's only been two months in canada for me and my frequent visits to this Tim Hortons has been increased to almost everyday.it's a good place with clean and friendly environment. I had a chance to get served by URVASHI.she is very confident and approachable personality. Love Tim ! Amazing place with great coffee and tasty brunches as well. Everyone is so friendly there, each time I come to grab a cappuccino it always means a good start of a day. Once I ran there before a my bus to have breakfast, and even though the place was full, I was served by Urvashi really quickly. Honestly I want to say The lady who served the me was very helpful and fast. keep it up Tim!!

I visited the this Tim Hortons once as an emergency Tim's Run. Got impressed by the services and the staff. Then I started going frequently and now it's my everyday to go place for coffee and snacks. Never got disappointed with the coffee-hot and fresh, exactly how you would expect. I have been served by Urvashi more frequently and honestly she can even guess my order seeing me walk in sometimes. I appreciate when good staff like this works in service industry being a decent people's person.
