I went to write a review then noticed they have 3.5 star on Google, not surprised. Asked for small regular and got a small triple triple. I waited 15 minutes in drive thru because they have 1 person taking orders, making the coffee and also taking payment. The service is poor which makes the drink quality poor, wasted money and coffee.Ordered a bagel which they decided to give me an old hard rock solid bagel which was hardly edible. The worker there shouldn't be giving these out when they know its stuff, it appeared it was a used yet returned bagel which another customer wanted but in return they gave me it so they can save on food cost. Horrible experience, they rather give a bad bagel then maintain a good reputation. Besides the bagel I'm feeling sick!

Horrible service due to all international students working in all the tims. They are ? don't know how to greet ppl nor take orders in English. I always get sick now from eating or drinking from tims. The workers hygiene is highly questionable.

Never get my order the way I want it to be. If you ask or request for customization the tone of team members change. And they never cut the bagels or provide any napkins. Order tea get coffee instead. Never visiting this location after they messed it up the 4th time.

I usually enjoy the food at this Tim Hortons, however, todays experience ruined it. I found an ant coated in my chocolate cruller and frankly lost my appetite for the rest of my food. This was quite disappointing. I have submitted a complaint to Toronto DineSafe and Tim Horton's Customer Service.

This is a good Tim Hortons/Wendy situation. The reason I say that is mostly because it allows local friends and families to have a space to hang out with a little snack from either store. It can be loud sometimes, but it gives you a sense of a community place. I appreciate that we have Tim Hortons/Wendy's like this in the area.
