The condition of this Tim Hortons location was completely unacceptable. The outdoor area and parking lot were covered with garbage — cups, lids, and wrappers scattered everywhere as the snow melted. This is not a one-off issue; it reflects a serious lack of ongoing maintenance and accountability.
I spoke directly with the a customer service who dismissed the situation by saying this happens because the snow is melting and it reveals what customers throw. That response was extremely disappointing. Snow melting does not excuse leaving garbage all over the property. Cleanliness and upkeep are the responsibility of management, regardless of customer behaviour or weather conditions.
At no point was there a sense of ownership or urgency to resolve the problem.
This location serves a residential community, including families and students. Allowing the property to remain in this state and responding defensively when concerns are raised shows a lack of professionalism and respect for the neighbourhood.
This location needs stronger management oversight, regular outdoor cleanups, and a much more responsible approach to customer concerns.

Terrible and unacceptable. I will never go back. I posted this on our community’s Facebook page and the stories we got for this store is horrendous.
Municipal Licensing & Standards (MLS) Are getting a phone call for sure. If you can’t run a business, then don’t.
Manvi I is a best worker making her job very deligently and very Goid in her approach to Customer Service and behaviour we are nearby on Huxtable lane as a regular customer with 14 friends and relatives and found this Tim Hortons the best around here with super friendly and customer oriented staff as Manvi up here all credit to the upper management to hire and do the CSR at her best by her Much appreciated and would continue at her place

I am appalled with this Tim Hortons. Recently moved to the area about a month ago and boy do I miss the Tim Hortons in Oshawa.
ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. You can go through the entire drive thru without the staff talking to you or saying “have a great day” “thanks for purchasing” “see you next time” anything. You drive up to the speaker, what happened to “Welcome to Tim Hortons how can I help you today” go? You pull up to the speaker and all you get now is “HIII”
Not to mention if your order is incorrect the staff will argue with you at the window. I have a SEVERE allergy to cream (honestly not hard to avoid). Past handful of times I have gone. They have made my drinks with cream. Today at the window I stated that the iced capp was with cream and the staff argued back multiple times. Said “no I actually had cream in it first. Then dumped it out and put milk in” (FYI IT WAS CREAM never milk). I state back that as a previous Tim Hortons employee I know for a fact that milk iced capps should be darker. Lady states I’m wrong and tells me to drink it and test it. LIKE IS THIS A GAME FOR THEM. I hope they know how to use epi pens. Next time in the drive thru when they tell me to drink it. I will and just wait to see what happens. They can inject my epi pen and move my car from the drive thru. Or just make the drink proper and do not lie or argue to costumers, just because you as an employee don’t care doesn’t mean you have to treat customers like trash on the bottom of your shoe.
The gal working the drive thru, first shift at 4am needs a team! This store is on the 401 people got places to be. She was doing her best.

I am the regular customer of this location. I noticed many times employees not treated in good way they did very rude with me. I scanned my offer and I wanted to use it. They refused and said next time. Very bad customer service.
Awful customer service . Stood in line and nobody was taking care of us. They only took care of the car line.This would not happen in the U..S. there they keep the line moving

Hi, I recently visited your drive-thru and ordered 2 small fresh coffee. Unfortunately, the coffee I received was cold, and when I went back to ask for a fresh one, it was given to me without sugar. Additionally, the staff member at the window was quite rude. I was really disappointed, as I usually enjoy your coffee and service. I hope you can look into this and improve the experience for customers.

I recently called Tim Hortons and spoke with a team member named Manvi, and I just want to appreciate the amazing customer service she provided. I was very confused about which sandwich to order, but she was extremely patient and helpful throughout the call. Manvi politely explained the options and guided me to choose the one that suited me best. Her friendly and professional attitude made the whole experience very easy and comfortable.

I visited Tim Hortons today and was served by a girl whose name tag said Barbie. I ordered an iced coffee and a chicken wrap, and she was incredibly kind and friendly throughout my visit. She greeted me with a genuine smile, took my order quickly, and made sure everything was perfect. It’s always nice to be served by someone who brings such a positive attitude and professionalism to their work. Great customer service like hers makes the day better

I’m leaving this one-star review based on the extremely poor service I just experienced at this Tim Hortons. I came in simply to order a toasted bagel with butter something that should have been quick and easy. Instead, the experience turned into a frustrating and disappointing encounter because of a staff member named Twinkle.
From the moment I addressed a mistake she made with my order, her attitude was unprofessional, dismissive, and completely unnecessary. When I politely asked for the store manager’s contact information, she responded with irritation and disrespect. The situation escalated further when I requested a refund she hesitated and acted as if I wasn’t entitled to my own money back.
To make matters worse, the butter container was completely empty, and she was literally scraping the bottom just to prepare my bagel. She couldn’t even take an extra second to cut it, and handed me a whole bagel instead. I also had to remind her to heat my bacon as I originally requested. The lack of care, attention, and professionalism was unacceptable.
As a paying customer, I do not appreciate being treated with such disregard. I will not be returning to this location, and I strongly urge management to address this matter and provide proper training to Twinkle. Employees with such poor attitudes have no place working directly with customers especially when handling food.
