I purchased my meal and sat down to eat and work for a hour or more....Why you guys put outlets if they don't work...That is very decieveing, I had a major meltdown thinking my device stopped working when the battery died while being plugged in . On this occassion, I would not have chosen here if I didn't see outlets , i specifically choose here because of that.....Please remove the outlets if they don't work, no need to decieve the public....You will make money either way. Very irritating. Nonsense, can't even be honest and courteous.....

I don’t understand that why these peoples only give a lot preferences for the drive thru orders and on a store front guest have to wait and wait. Atleast they don’t even acknowledge or respond to guest to estimated time and this is the 5th time I am facing the same. Always they are lacking the staff with too slow service. Hope you can get your order soon rather disappointments.

I was very sick with a flu and to help myself from cooking, I ordered a chilli for take out. When I reached home what I found out was disgusted me. It was water down and no test. I was thinking going back to talk to them but instead I decided to share my experience with others. I just want to know what measures do the company takes to check if they respect their customers ? This is not the first time I experienced that below Tim Horton’s standard specially at this location.

I got a large iced Capp and they put it in a medium cup. I told them that I got a large iced cap and all they did was move over the iced Capp from the medium to the large. Extremely poor service from your employees as they were snickering away in the back and said they will not do anything

My third time coming here since I moved and not only are the people working in the morning and night shift incompetent they’re also just plain stunned. Food undercooked (ESPECIALLY THE MEAT WHICH IS INSANE) there’s literally NEVER any sweetener in the coffee and me and my friends have been asked to wait every time we come here. To the girl working DT window January 2nd at 12:30 am I hope your year is ruined the way you’ve honestly ruined my night. How hard is it to make ONE 3x3?!?! (While I realize it’s late, it should be the customers problem you have to work at that time yk? (Just be nice and like idk consider the fact that it was THE SECOND Tims I went to just for that coffee)

Great service, but after 8-9pm the shelves are empty. The basic donuts are often not available in the evening.

Sugar dispenser needs to be calibrated- I’ll go back once it’s fixed.

Never experienced this before but lady who got my order added hash brown to my order and charged me $ for that. Idk if that’s a scam or a mistake 😅😅😅

I was in Tim Hortons with my mom to go to our usual hangout place to be able to have a nice conversation. When she asked this older man who was mopping the floor at around 1:30pm he was so rude to my mom. He literally just pointed at the young man and said he’ll clean the table and walked away. He had such a rude tone and just acted rude. After ordering our food, I asked this lady for napkins and she just gave it to me. When I said thank you nicely, she literally just walked away. I understand there was a Christmas party being held, but they were literally playing music so loudly to the point that I was almost screaming trying to converse with my mom. I would be okay with some music but at a descent volume where customers can still hear each other and not talk to the point of almost screaming.

This experience won’t stop me from going to Tim Hortons because of convenience and it’s been a go to of mine since I can remember, but this experience was extremely terrible and truly disappointing.
