I was there today at around 7:12 pm, I didn’t had a lot of orders but I ordered herb and garlic and one chocolate croissant. I paid for it and left with my baby. After reaching home prior to checking, they did not put the chocolate croissant. Now there is no point of me going back to the store with a baby by walking just to get it. Every time I go to this location something goes wrong. Something is off about this place.

I always go to the the drive thru nice fresh coffee al the time but walked in and got the pizza bacon all in very nice and the sea salt wedges great and turkey club to die for fresh fresh loved everything ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Some of the scummiest service I've received from a Tim Hortons branch. They couldn't make my darkroast coffee right. This happened immediately after they did make the lady ahead of me her stepped tea correctly. Instantly after one sip I was able to tell that something was off. Now mine plus 2 other customers I know of have had issues having not only an improper order forfilled. But also receiving terrible excuses laid out as to why the staff was too incompetent or like that goofy gapped tooth worker on the evening shift be quoted saying in "we get 1000+ customers daily, we can't stop and listen to your concerns about our product". Honestly, I value Tim Hortons as a born and bread Canadian. But yall gotta do better with hiring component and customer oriented staff. Not just hiring to meet some ethnic diversity quota, hire people who are qualified.

Aug 11 2024 ordered toasted everything bagel gave me rasin bagel,and ordered lg coffee was half full what a rip off don't think i will go back, to bad cause its the closest to were i live,been going here for 2 years and everytime i order a toasted bagel its barely warm at the least. ask for double toasted and still the same even when its not busy nobody in front or behind me
One of the things there gave me terrible service but its tims ima still go here
