I had an awesome experience at this Tim Hortons drive-thru! I ordered my usual—a coffee with 3 cream and 2 sugar, plus a sausage Farmer’s Wrap with extra egg. Other locations almost always mess up my order, but this one got everything perfect on the first try. No mix-ups, no missing items—just exactly what I asked for. It’s such a relief to finally find a Tim Hortons that pays attention to the details. This location has definitely earned my trust.

I went through this Tim Hortons drive-thru earlier today, and honestly, it was one of the best experiences I’ve had at any Tims. The staff were super friendly right from the moment they greeted me through the speaker—genuinely upbeat, not that rushed or robotic tone you sometimes get. My order came out quickly, and everything was fresh.

The coffee tasted great (actually hot and smooth, not burnt like some places), and the breakfast sandwich was put together neatly instead of being squished or sloppy.

I’m a regular customer who spends plenty of money at this location on breakfast and lunch, and today was honestly the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Tim Hortons. I asked to use the washroom, and they told me it was “closed,” even though I literally watched someone walk out of it right in front of me. So clearly it wasn’t closed — they just didn’t want to let me use it.

When I asked the staff, they told me the washroom was “closed.” But in reality, the only reason they said it was closed is because they didn’t want to clean it until the end of the day. I literally watched someone walk out of it right before I asked, so clearly it wasn’t closed. It was just an excuse and totally unacceptable.

I go there in the morning most of the time and I can stand there for almost 10mins just for a couple of things. Their focus is on drive thru more than customers at the front counter. Very disappointing.

This was my first time going to this Tim Hortons. The service was great compared to other stores. The cashier was Jeya, she completed my order kindly and my food was prepared quickly. The person on the speaker in the drive-thru was also very kind and efficient.

I ordered ahead on the Tim Hortons app to save time before work, but when I arrived my order wasn’t ready, and the staff didn’t even seem aware of it. I was rushing to my shift and checked the pickup counter, but instead of helping, a staff member spoke to me very rudely and dismissively, saying ‘it’s okay, it’s okay’ as if the mistake was mine.

I raised this with the management, and they were apologetic and said they would look into it. I appreciate that, but I want to highlight that customers deserve basic respect. We all work hard for our money, and all we expect is the service we paid for. Hopefully the store improves after this.

Poor service management. Only 2 people working that toooo prioritizong the drive through and not the walk in. I can see all the reviews from people. Owner has no concerns. Shame. Tim has fallen.

Update : when confronted why so long, rather responding politely, started debating.

Owner if you looking at it let employees know what they are doing and how to respond when laking. What a Shame man crazzzzy. Check your CCTVs

I used to go to this location every morning, but I hate going there now this past weekend it was a mess. There was 6 to 8 women working in there and they were all yelling at each other in their own language. Nobody was speaking English. It’s very uncomfortable. Tim Hortons is a Canadian owned business. The least they could do is speak English when they’re serving customers. Save yourself to frustration and go down to the location at Morningside and Kingston Road at least there you can understand what the people are saying to you and you’re not feeling like they’re talking about you.

I just ordered a cold brew and chocolate chip muffin from the drive thru. I was completely disappointed. Definitely the drink that i recieved was not cold brew at all. I don’t know who made that coffee, it was not having proper sugar or cream. It was a waste of time and money.

One suggestion for everyone if u have to go to this location and u have no other choice. Just get a regular brewed coffee or french vanilla. Those are the only drinks that they are capable of serving. Don’t expect anything above that.

And i know no one from the management or owners of this tim would care much about my review, because at the end of the day they are making money. Who cares whether the customers are happy or not but it’s a warning for all the customers who are visiting this location.
