Seriously whats wrong the lady working there, she is so rude and talks in her phone while dealing with customers and acts like its her own shop. Such an irressponsible staff. Such a pathetic staff you guys have.

I’m genuinely concerned about what I witnessed at this Tim Hortons today. While waiting for my order, the manager started yelling at one of the staff members in a very harsh and unprofessional way,, loud enough that everyone in the store turned to look.
It wasn’t a simple correction or reminder,, it was outright disrespect. The employee looked embarrassed and stressed, and the whole atmosphere became tense. No workplace should operate like that, and no customer should have to see it happening in front of them.
If this is how the team is being treated on a regular basis, it’s worrying. I really hope upper management steps in, because the staff deserve a safe and respectful environment to work in, and customers deserve to feel comfortable when they walk in.

Worst experience. At around 1930 hrs on August 14, 2025, I ordered a steep tea triple triple and it taste so bad , there was no sugar at all. I went back to Tim Hortons and asked the staff that she didn’t stir it well or didn’t put a sugar because when she was making it she was bitching about something with other staff member, even I told this to her that she was talking while preparing my tea. She said that “ may be your mental health is not ok” with hand expressions. Like seriously I buy this tea every time and I know the taste as I m also working at Tim Hortons. And one more lady with her said in very rude way that give her 10-20 sugars, there is problem in her taste. These guys treat their customers in very wrong way. I think they need to learn customer service first while working at restaurants. Never going to visit this time hortans again.

I had a very unpleasant experience at this Tim Hortons on July 26, 2025. The lady working there alone was extremely rude and unprofessional. Even though she clearly saw that a customer (me) was waiting, she made no effort to acknowledge or assist me. When I politely asked again, she snapped back with an aggressive, “Can’t you see I’m working alone?” — which was completely unnecessary.
Instead of showing basic courtesy or even trying to handle the situation calmly, she continued to be dismissive. To make things worse, she intentionally didn’t add sugar to my drink, even though I had asked for it, and then sarcastically told me to go to another Tim Hortons.
I understand being short-staffed is difficult, but it doesn’t justify treating customers with such attitude. I’ve never had such a disappointing experience at a Tim Hortons before.

The oreo iced cap they make just taste like the regular iced capp,I have been having this for a long time and this one doesn’tseem like oreo,I have tried from multiple locations and this one is like regular iced capp.Anyone who actually are a big fan of these do try from location at eastern and leslie

i visit this tim hortons regularly. the staff here are very good and fast. there is one turban man working there his name is maneet pal singh. he is very fast and accurate. the serves with the best quality. his work should be appreciated. Even the manager of the store is very good.

I hate to complain, but this is one of the worst Tim Hortons and it’s always slow it takes over 10 minutes to just get through the drive-through. They’re always all over the place. I only come here when I’m running late or the odd time because it’s close to home but every single time there’s a problem either with my order or waiting for an excessive amount of time and really bad customer service
