I hate to complain, but this is one of the worst Tim Hortons and it’s always slow it takes over 10 minutes to just get through the drive-through. They’re always all over the place. I only come here when I’m running late or the odd time because it’s close to home but every single time there’s a problem either with my order or waiting for an excessive amount of time and really bad customer service

Probably the worst tim Hortons location in the area!
Staff members probably have hearing problems which explains the messed up orders EVERY SINGLE TIME. Have to look through the receipt of what they have punched in the system !!
Used to be a regular before but recent experiences have made me not go here ever again. !!
The coffee tastes different each time, have been charged twice for the same thing and the staff working have probably NOT RECEIVED the right training and CUSTOMER SERVICE ETHICS.
If manager/owner is reading please TRAIN THEM !!

I’ve been a regular at this Tim Hortons, located in a gas station, for years. While it’s usually been great, lately the service quality has slipped. I’ve received incorrect orders a few times, and both the food and drinks have tasted off. My recent ice cap, for example, didn’t look or taste right. This might be due to new workers, but some of the older staff are still there too. I hope things improve soon because I really enjoy coming here.

The 2294 Kingston Rd location is not the greatest. Parking lot is tight. In the summer there are always huge cob webs all over the drive thru panel/display. I get employees don't make a lot, but some of them barely look at you at the drive thru window. The food is hit or miss. I bought one of those cheese pastries - how do you get that wrong? It was almost burnt. And try buying a toasted buttered bagel. It's either dry or swimming in butter.

There is a Filipina lady who works in the morning she is very rude doesn’t know what customer service is I go there twice a day the evening employees are super nice I have no problem with them only the morning shift the thing is I live in the area otherwise I will go to different one can’t spend my money there with rude employee like her I would love to speak with Ryan the store manager or the owner and this is not the first time I’m having problems with her .Thanks

I am a regular customer at this location I get my food in the morning and the Phillipines people are so nice and polite They never had complaints about themBut I want to talk about something there is a girl maybe from sir lanaka or some South Indian she is rude and doesn't know how to do her job one day my dark roast was not I asked her to remake and through the cup and later she started to fight and argue with me that I am not your servant and later a boy came from inside he said mam I can give you the remake or can refund you for the coffee and which was the way to deal the thingsShe throws the coffee on my face which I want to tell everyone which is not right I could have complaint about that to goverment or police because that guy tried to apologise to me which was not his fault even but still it was a good gesture I want to tell you more thing that girl thinks that she is boss of this tim hortons but she is not the way she talk back when there is some complaint she acts like I am not your servant. Listen you are not my servant but you are for customers first then rest if they have problems with you all please try to corporateI know the owner white tall guy Ryan and daffiney white girl I can complaint to them about this I have mutual friends with them I could fire this girl if I go to customer right department but I don't want to do that because if I do that every one gonna loose that job but please tell her to be nice and respect the white people we are the one who gave you the chance to work here and make your life but don't ever think what can I do to you.I know the manager of the store a short philpo girl which is the nicest person but I don't know what's with that black South Asian girl I will file a report about this if this happens again.
