I’ve been a regular at this Tim Hortons, located in a gas station, for years. While it’s usually been great, lately the service quality has slipped. I’ve received incorrect orders a few times, and both the food and drinks have tasted off. My recent ice cap, for example, didn’t look or taste right. This might be due to new workers, but some of the older staff are still there too. I hope things improve soon because I really enjoy coming here.
The 2294 Kingston Rd location is not the greatest. Parking lot is tight. In the summer there are always huge cob webs all over the drive thru panel/display. I get employees don't make a lot, but some of them barely look at you at the drive thru window. The food is hit or miss. I bought one of those cheese pastries - how do you get that wrong? It was almost burnt. And try buying a toasted buttered bagel. It's either dry or swimming in butter.
I always come to this Timmies since it’s convenient to me. I still give it a 5 start because i mostly know the staff and they are very friendly. One staff named Nicole on the other hand is very unprofessional. Aside from that ill still keep coming back.
