I recent visit at this location and i had very bad experience. Its not first time. They are not making good order sometime they make tea without sugar and sometime they put to much sugar inside. I had worse experience. Moreover, If you say anything about order is not good than the whole staff starts bargaining. They are all very rude to be honest. I remember the guy working their was treat me very bad and start arguing me. When i said hime to prepare new cup of tea. So i suggest to everyone to go another time horton location rather than garbage your money here. They even don’t know to speak with their customers. ai request to tim horton headquarter to think something about this location speacially.

It was perfect today 10 out of 10.
( INSIDE ) Love the atmosphere, Cleanliness, Environment, Hygiene, and Customer Service. Feeling great to be a Loyal Customer of Tim's now though.
Just little bit you have to focus outside also for cleanliness, and recreation so that customer see from far and feel that excitement to visit your place again and again ( Something Eye catching ) , but it was perfect today I love it.
Thanks....!!!

It took me 10 minutes to order at the drive-through because they don’t speak English…
I don’t mean broken; but at all…
I don’t mind that usually I am all myself ESL…
But this is brutal! They also didn’t have any of the menu items and when I asked what they do have, I could not understand them…
Broken English is one thing usually you can get through if the service is friendly, but it wasn’t even that…
I ended up paying $10 for a sandwich that didn’t sound like anything that they were offering .
This is a terrible Tim Hortons. Do yourself a favour and drive the extra few kilometres and find yourself a good one.

It’s better to come here with a car, if possible. I’ve been coming to this location since it opened years ago but its service has been declining rapidly with serving those who walk in. I waited 15 minutes for a bagel which is unreasonable. A majority of the workers there are serving the drive thru.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Tim Hortons location due to the rude and arrogant behavior of one of the employees. From the moment I approached the counter, the staff member seemed disinterested and dismissive.
Customer service is a basic expectation, especially in a place as well-known as Tim Hortons, but this interaction left a bad impression. I understand that everyone can have a rough day, but there's no excuse for treating customers with such disrespect.
I hope management addresses this issue, as this kind of attitude reflects poorly on the entire brand.

Beter add more staffs at the counter. Everytime when i go to this location have to stand in line for long. Every staffs are giving more priorities to drive thru rather than walk ins.
I’m very disappointed with my recent visits to this Tim Hortons. As a regular customer, I’ve witnessed the manager frequently shouting at staff members right in front of customers, creating a very tense and uncomfortable atmosphere. It’s completely unprofessional and honestly ruins the experience.
Instead of promoting a friendly and welcoming environment, this location feels cold and negative because of how poorly the employees are treated. I truly feel bad for the team—they seem stressed and unhappy, which clearly affects the service and overall vibe of the store.
Tim Hortons should really look into the management at this location. No one—employee or customer—deserves to be in such a toxic environment. I hope this gets addressed.

Everything is fine but, the decaf coffee always burn or bitter in almost all tim hortons, decaf coffee in McDonald's it's better flavor.
Not organized- chickens with no heads mobile orders left behind - purpose of mobile order it to be faster not having the slips left behind forgotten on the counter- -.- quack

Worst customer service ever. They better change people on the drive thru, The lady who was taking our order had no sense of talking. She was so rude and getting irritated while taking the order. Not even apologetic when we asked them about her on top of that there was another guy who was defending her at the window instead. I asked about the lady and he said she’s not there anymore like come on not evn a sec and she’s gone? Plus it was not even busy literally empty. Busy times is understandable, but not even a single car except us in drive thru. So unprofessional and arrogant staff
I ordered 12 cups a jar of coffee
I asked them about cream they said it’s in bucket but there was no cream
I came back asked for cream and warm coffee, they made new coffee but it was very old coffee, every one who drink that coffee was sick
Be careful
I will not suggest
Stay away from this tim Horton
The waiting systme is terrible, Still very confused staff and slow ...it makes
Mc Donald's beside them look better still and they are horrible...
