Legit the worst Tim's I've ever been to can't understand the lady taking orders but I definitely didn't order Green eggs this is actually disgusting will never be back

I went into restaurant I saw a lot of people so I order with the mobile app and I waited so I waited until no lane up and everyone left I figured something is wrong. So I went and presented my order number and the the staff start serving. What is the point of mobile app when you have to physically show it before your order is being made???
Iāve been purchasing almost daily to this time hortons for nearly a decade. Iāve had my fair shared of incorrect orders and long wait times- today was absolutely terrible, I waited for 10+ mins in the drive thru, only to be greeted by a rude white lady on the other end of the order mic- I tried ordering my usual āice capp with almond milkā and she immediately responsed with āno we cant do that its an allergenā me being completely confused cause I been ordering it dairy free since dairy free milk has been around and to be told that without hesitation was confusing consider theres walnut/hazelnut/pecan pastries (all of which I am allergic to) so ofc I know exactly its an allergen but also know what im allergic to or not..? So I said it again and she said āoh okay yeahā I wait about another 5 mins to get to the window and im handed a fully cream ice capp (I can tell the difference because dairy free icecapps seperate almost immediately, where was dairy ones do not and stay emulsified.) the lady didnt come back to the window after handing off the drink so I couldānt say anything and had to drive off with a drink that I cannot drink. amazing, terrible service from this lady in particular.

They always get our tea order right, which seems to be a rare thing!

Highly NOT RECOMMENDED. Didn't look like they were ready to go for the morning shift. As someone was still mopping the floor, the french vanilla machine was not ready to go, even though there was a line up. The egg bites I got from them were not properly cooked through and through, I also saw that in another tim hortons today near Scarborough but when I take it from downtown, it is always perfect. They were not calling out orders to ensure it is going to the right person, I asked them multiple times is this a french vanilla, is this egg bites but they were more busy in handling both the drive thru and the counter together that the service was very low and the quality of the food is š«©š¤¢
