I Come here every week in the morning and the same woman gives me the wrong order attitude and slow service if your ever gonna be on time for work don’t go here you will end up being late with the wrong order.

Very unprofessional behaviour from the service man. He charged me for a empty cup for tap water which all the Tim Horton branches provide for free. They also provided us with low quality coffee.

Time Hortons is Tim Hortons...very seldom do they get the order right and it's expected so I don't even bother getting upset; I just check my order before I leave and most times once I bring it to their attention, they rectify it.

This is one of the worst tim Hortons ive ever been to, ive been in the line up for 20 minutes and when i arrived to the window they didn't even start my order! I highly recommend people to make coffee at home is much faster, and you have to repeat yourself 10 times before they understand your order

Apart from not having any four cheese egg bites in the morning, the cashier mentioned the other options that were available. The staff are also very friendly and great at handling being busy at the drive through and inside.

Coffee is tasteless unlike the one on the Kingston road right around the corner. And also their baked goods are also stale and soggy. I threw my coffee away because it had no vanilla taste and felt so bitter.

I’ve been a regular customer at Tim Hortons, visiting almost every day, but today’s experience was unacceptable and truly disappointing.

This afternoon, I visited with my friend and placed an order for 2 vanilla iced coffees and 1 regular iced coffee without sugar. The lady at the counter (Sri Lankan, afternoon shift) seemed to be in a rush, didn’t speak clearly, and was extremely rude while taking our order. She made us feel like we were the ones creating confusion, when we were just clarifying our order.

We also asked for potato wedges, but instead of answering respectfully, she snapped at us, saying “no potato veggies, pay fast.” When we asked for her name, she walked into the kitchen ignoring us. We tried asking her colleagues, but they ignored us too. That behavior is not just unprofessional — it felt disrespectful and mentally harassing.

As loyal customers, we don’t expect special treatment, but we do expect basic courtesy. No one deserves to be spoken to like that.

Tim Hortons, this is a serious issue. If your staff continues treating customers like this, you’re going to lose many more loyal ones. Please take action. We expect an apology and accountability.
