The Slowest and unfriendly Tim Hortons I have ever been to. I will no longer be stopping here.
They are understaffed and overwhelmed, they do not say welcome or thank you. Even while using the app here, I have no clue I had enough points for a free coffee, they sit there and look at me while I hold my payment.
Need to train and hire more staff.
When i visit other coffee shops as frequent as I have this one, they know my name at the intercom and will ask how im doing and know my order. Not expecting that from this location but any sort of human interaction.

Had very unpleasant experience. The staff member named Ranjita was extremely rude and unprofessional while taking my order. Hope the management addressthis issues and ensure better customer service in the future.

Drive through staffs are very rude and unprofessional. Most of them have a hard time understanding order. And very poor communication.

Ordered a iced coffee with less sugar, they put double sugar. Ordered a cold brew for my friend. Was given a regular coffee(hot). When I confirmed the order, the person handing me the hot coffee confirmed it's a cold brew. Please train your staff to be more polite and take and deliver orders correctly. I understand everyone has drive through timers and targets, but please listen carefully and give correct orders. I would have gone for a remake, but I didn't have the time nor energy to speak with the people concerned. The location is one I visit frequently and this time(only) was the service this appalling. Please look into this. Thank you
