I had an amazing experience at this Tim Hortons thanks to Bhumi, who is truly one of the best employees I’ve encountered. She greeted me with a warm smile, was extremely polite, and provided excellent customer service. My order was prepared quickly and accurately, and she even went the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect.

Today I went there to ordered an ice Capp and would like to have my receipt and Survey but the counter associate named Paula her attitude was so rude and unfriendly. I saw her keeps all the customers surveys for herself and when I ask my own she refused maybe she afraid I gonna complaint her with the code. But, that is not right and not acceptable as customer service. I still will posted it on public to let people know it.

But one day, today my breakfast is missing egg, I m not happy but nothing I can do. so after this check before you go, and dissapointed for your meal.

I had a very disappointing experience at your store. I noticed the tea pot was expired at 11:05 AM, and when I requested a freshly brewed tea before my cup was filled, the staff still served me the old, cold tea at around 11:15/11:16 AM. When I questioned this, the girl who served me lied, saying it was freshly brewed and they just hadn’t changed the time on the pot. But right after, I saw another employee dumping the expired tea—confirming that I was served the old tea. This dishonesty was shocking, and I could literally taste the tea was cold. On top of that, the place smelled terrible. This whole experience left me feeling disappointed and disrespected. It’s not acceptable to lie to customers, especially when they specifically ask for a fresh product.

- This location gets a lot of foot traffic, but they always keep it clean. I come here often, and their service is consistently good.
- They always serve my latte directly in my tumbler without letting it touch the plastic paper cup.
Just took a small americano and I believe it was Manager with Grey shirt on named ONEIL and he was not wearing any hair ner or cap and had a sweat on his forehead really disgusting

There is a young lady who works at this location who does menial cleaning jobs. Her name is Sobathgini. I have never seen such a hard working person in all my life. She mops floors, packs up garbage, cleans the bathrooms spotless without batting an eye. Very deserving of an acknowledgement. Very dedicated to her work.
