One of one favorite option

I came around 2pm and ordered vanilla iced coffee. With extra hazelnut syrup and cream. She put whipped cream instead of regular cream so I said it’s okay. When I came home I thought its an iced cube but when I washed it there are two nozzles from the whipped cream. It’s really bad experience for me.

Fantastic Service from Angeline and Gladys! I hosted a basketball tournament at PAN AM . These 2 went above and beyond. Both were very attentive and quick serving clients without making any mistakes. Great Job ladies!

Every time I order something with an English muffin, there’s always some kind of hairy fuzz on the bread. This has happened 100% of the time—definitely not a one-off. Be sure to check your food before eating.

My son's Visa debit card was charged for an order that was cancelled. He has contacted the Tim Hortons Guest Care team and has been following up for over six weeks. Each time, he’s told that the location will reach out to resolve the issue, but no one from the restaurant’s management has contacted him. He even called the location directly and left multiple messages, but no one has bothered to call him back. This is a very disappointing and unprofessional way to handle a customer issue.

downsized my roasted hazelnut coldbrew to an M and then when resizing it back to a L im missing a good chunk of coffee so now its all sugar and cream. i take one sip and theres virtually no coffee.

if i wanted pure sugar or cream with no coffee in proportion to it i might as well have gone to starbucks and have been charged with $5.07 too

don’t bother upsizing your order if you’re just going to watch them pour the porportions of M into L and then add on cream and sugar and miss the actual cold brew !!!!

Ordered a french vanilla and like other stores the XL is always under filled by quite a bit but I asked for it to be filled more and they did it! Other Tim’s don’t do that so I’m really happy that the service is good here :)

Friendly but incompetent. Ordered four items by mobile order, got two items wrong. I stood there waiting and after ten minutes I asked if my order was ready and she said yes. It was all along sitting there but n nobody bothered to call out my number nor was there a monitor showing order numbers. I put in the order at the restaurant so I was there all along. There were also a couple of teenagers sitting at the restaurant with their legs up on the tables but nobody cared. Imagine the next person putting food and drinks on those same tables and eating and drinking them. Friendly staff but poorly managed restaurant.
