I visited Tim Hortons in the evening and had such a great experience! The atmosphere was calm and cozy, perfect for winding down after a long day. The staff were so friendly and welcoming, and my order was prepared quickly with a smile. Special mention to Kayani, who was so polite and kind, it truly made the visit even better. My coffee was fresh and hot, and the donut I ordered was just right—tasty and satisfying. It really made my evening feel brighter, and I’ll definitely be coming back here again. Great service, great quality, and a wonderful place to relax in the evening.

I like to stop by this Tim Hortons sometimes and I can say that it's good. The food is undoubtedly amazing, especially the craveables for breakfast or lunch! Their drinks are the best in my opinion though; you would mainly find people ordering coffee, hot chocolate, french vanilla, and iced cap. Although I would recommend white hot chocolate and creamy chills (vanilla, chocolate, or caramel) for anyone with a sweet tooth! Moving on, the staff are nice but they aren't always at the counter. For the couple of times I've visited, there has been occurences where the cashier wasn't present. Anyway, I still recommend coming here with or without friends. You can find many areas to sit and enjoy your purchases.

I was at Tim’s and my friend ordered hot chocolate with whipped cream, I heard it myself. But when we got the order, there was none. We asked the older lady working there if we could have the whipped cream even if we had to pay extra, but she blew us off, rudely saying no. The worker there was really rude and had a bad attitude. Don’t recommend coming here.

It’s kinda impressive how terrible the service is at this Tim Hortons. Even in an empty line you will find yourself waiting for 2+ min for the staff to take your order. I’m still trying to figure out how a farmers wrap takes 15min to prepare and why the staff are constantly standing in a corner talking to eachother when there are people waiting in line. I’ve gone to this Tim hortons since 2018 and the service goes down hill every year.

The worst store ever, always running out of whipped cream but never say it before customers purchase. And gave me drinks without whipped cream 2 times while I paid for whipped cream.
A large swim meet and a professional basketball game on a summer Friday night - no food except for donuts and muffins? I was extremely disappointed. The young server who served us was lovely and trying hard, but they were understaffed and looked disorganized and not well trained.

I came around 2pm and ordered vanilla iced coffee. With extra hazelnut syrup and cream. She put whipped cream instead of regular cream so I said it’s okay. When I came home I thought its an iced cube but when I washed it there are two nozzles from the whipped cream. It’s really bad experience for me.

Fantastic Service from Angeline and Gladys! I hosted a basketball tournament at PAN AM . These 2 went above and beyond. Both were very attentive and quick serving clients without making any mistakes. Great Job ladies!
