If i could give this Tims’s a 0 star i would, I waited 20 min in a 5 person line just to order my food, then wait another 10 min just for a sandwich. This is by far the worst Tim Hortons ive been to.

I regularly visit this place and always have had pleasant experience and food. Even if the queue is long I will still wait for Bansu who is cheerful and delivers order with smile. Other staff members are helpful as well. Good place for coffee and food if you are at this mall.

Today I ordered a mobile order for egg spinach pastry ,They did not have in store so the Lady exchanged it with herb nd garlic plus she gave a four cheese twist with it .I felt Very happy with Such experience,it made my Day Thanks to that Girl working there ,She was very polite and patient .

Absolutely awful, 0 customer service, 0 communication, the staff treat customers very bad. This is the worst Tim Hortons I have ever been into in Canada. It’s the presentation that makes your product good, no matter how bad the product is. Hire some locals instead of people who can barely take the orders.

Waited in line for 20 mins before I was served! On top of that you can clearly see that the place is understaffed and is putting their employees in an overwhelming environment. I would give them a 0 star if possible.

We order two boxes of scrambled eggs which cashier talked with back employee and said to us five minutes waiting time which we agreed and stay with our hot drinks to get our breakfast it was more than 10 minutes standing that another employee give us two sandwiches when we said no she said sorry and I asked her how long more she said I will ask but she was busy serving others than I went to cashier and I told her it is more than 10 minutes we are waiting how long more so the other one said your order is taking 15 minutes you have to wait 5 minutes more I said but cashier said 5 minutes that is why we said yes fast food is grab and go our hot drinks were cold and we had to wait more to have that 2 boxes of egg in 10 o'clock which is breakfast is serving if it was so long why she has to lie about it when I asked for my money back they were not able to get the order back and during that busy time manager was in the office and didn't know what is going on in the floor she came and asked again for all order from us than they gave mony back in our card we had no recipe and I asked if she can give us the original recipe and the one they gave money back i put both coffee and late with 2 croissants back and walk than a customer called oh she is calling you i walk back she said you can take them i said thanks we didn't pay for it we don't want it. My question is this where is that sorry for lie of the cashier and where is that sorry for not having breakfast and last who will have time to waste for free almost 35 minutes waiting for breakfast during breakfast time in fast food. No respect for customer just taking orders and move the line get money and when it comes to service no problem how long customers waiting because they have nothing to do only they have rash for day. Very bad experience, bad service and during busy time manager managing office only one person working at the back and 2 on the front cash one is making tea, coffee, serving customer.

Staff are very fast but don’t come in the afternoon because they run out most of the pastries. It’s in the food court and it gets really busy

I ordered scrambled egg wrap and sausage was missing, when I order latte or French vanilla it's always warm not hot, if I ask to heat it up they say it's hot and leave
