They serve leftover food especially Bagels are not fresh but lied to customers that they are fresh. I got two times breakfast there but I will never go there and I recommend everyone not to buy food from this location

Ordered medium ice coffee with less ice. Employee told that their manager told that if you customer wants less ice than give less coffee. Even taste was not good. Very cheap thinking of manager. If you take full amount from customer. Then provide good service.

Ordered a large Iced Coffee with less ice at this Tim Hortons. I got three quarters of the cup (see picture). When questioned, they informed that because you ordered less ice. Aren't they supposed to give large quantity, regardless of what my options are?
I remembered once I ordered at McDonald's Iced Coffee without ice, and to receive a hot coffee on a plastic cup. Lol
