Went for take outs every time. But they are always out of stock for the specific food I want. For beverages, I taste more water than anything. For iced beverages, I see more ice and taste and eat more ice than anything. As a growing cook ,I know plenty about how food looks in terms of freshness and date of making . I don’t wanna touch that topic since I don’t recommend tims at all.

I always order a Double Double, but every time it tastes different. Some days it’s perfect, but other days it tastes completely wrong. If the recipe is the same, why isn’t the coffee made the same way every time? It’s disappointing to spend money and not get a consistent cup of coffee. Tim Hortons needs to improve the quality and consistency of their coffee.

Never mind the usual chain supply of not having items available and the lack of maintenance on their machines preventing a full range of drink options. Let's talk about the staffs seemingly complete inability to perform basic work tasks. The person taking orders needed several repeats to have an order confirmation, and then the person at the window spilling hot tea on my spouses hand when handing the drink over. The cacophony of mediocrity took this particular Tim Hortans location to an all time low.
