I am regular customer... The manager Loji is such a nice person... whenever I come to drive thru she recognize my voice and make my order exactly without mentioning it.... such a nice customer service... great job team

I come here almost every morning and order 2 things and there’s always something wrong with my order. Weather it’s my hasbrowns or my coffee coffee that magically turns to a tea. The staff at this Tim hortons need to be retrained. At least the morning staff. I will be going to a different timmies in the morning until management does something about this.

Terrible Experience at Tim Hortons Drive-Thru
I had an extremely frustrating experience at the Tim Hortons online order #9512 on Tuesday, November 19, 2024. I ordered a Large Chili ($7.29) and a Regular Chicken Noodle Soup ($4.79) online order and delivery through the drive-thru. After paying online, I was told they didn’t have the chicken noodle soup I had ordered.
I immediately asked the staff to cancel the order, but they didn’t do it. I had to park my car and go inside the store to resolve the issue. The supervisor eventually came and offered a substitute item, but I made it clear that I didn’t want a replacement. She then insisted on giving me pizza instead, and I ended up paying an additional $8.
In total, I spent almost $22, and I left feeling frustrated and disappointed. The whole situation could have been avoided if they had better communication and handled cancellations properly. It’s unacceptable to waste a customer’s time and money like this.
I won’t be returning to this location, and I would not recommend it to anyone unless they improve their service and management.
