Very slow service. Waiting in line for past 15 min for just 1 small coffee. They should hire active people. Can’t solve customer problems as quickly as they should. Worst customer service ever I saw.

Manager maria at 3101 victoria park ave is such a mess always. She never does the order right. She never give proper customer service. Always yells at customers. Very rude customer service. This is not the first time and I am not the only person to face this issue. Either you train people to handle customers with proper customer service and do the order as they wish or stay at home. Why work at a job where you face lot of customers and act like you dont give a shit and you hate your job. Im so upset she had spoiled my morning coffe for more than 50 times. Some action should be taken towards this rude service.

Really disappointed by the employee Kanishka. She made such an unwelcoming face when I entered the store that my whole mood was messed up right after. Also, She took my order like she is being forced to work here.
Would prefer not to come here in future to avoid seeing her.
Giving this tim hortons a one start would even be rated to highly ... usually i have amazing service and feedback for this location they have an AMAZING night crew but after today i won't be going back they have the worst / rudest day crew (including the manager ) especially liza or whatever her name is . She had the worst attitude awful customer service and her responses we're not it . WHILE the manager was right behind her and decided to not do nothing about it she looks miserable herself .. worst experience ive ever had at a tim hortons . Those two do not belong behind anything to do with food and customers ..

I came here for coffee, Iikr I drive more 20 minutes and it's physically closed online it's shows open please update start proper I don't want submit bed complain but please value peoples time thanks
