Everywhere I go I do my best to be kind to everyone despite how my day might have been. Asian Lady at the cashier this morning seems to be having a bad day clearly considering the rudeness she gave me and the Hot chocolate she made was awful as well. Disappointed!

I am only leaving this. 5 star because Priya was super friendly and she actually listened to my request.
I asked simply to mix my icecap more and without any attitude she did it.
She also cleaned the top of my lid which no one ever does or cares too. But priya did it with a smile

This is the 2nd Tim's I am hitting that doesn't have lattes although lattes were on the board... I don't know what's the policy or vision behind advertising stuff a location doesn't carry but it puts staff in an awkward position. Weird management decision.
Staff friendly and proactive , location well done has separate entrances from gas station and restaurant.

I visited Tim Hortons yesterday and honestly, I don’t usually leave reviews—but Archana’s service made me want to. She was so warm, kind, and attentive that it really stood out from any other experience I’ve had at Tim’s.
