I went to this Tim yesterday around 9 pm .I bought the tea and French venila and 2 cookies I told her I accidentally tell to milk can you please able to change for cream , Because I order for my friend she is allergic to milk the lady who is working she said she cannot Change and she talk the way very badly, she said you are the one order the milk we cannot take a responsibility. I am also working before Tim manager , I know the Tim rules and regulations , They don’t care about the customer , they never understand. Very badly customer service . I want to talk to the manager from this Tim Horton.
