I had a very disappointing experience at this Tim Hortons location. A girl named Khushi at the cash was extremely rude while taking my order. I was simply trying to customize my drink according to my preference — I mentioned I wanted vanilla iced latte, and when I tried to add almond milk and an extra espresso shot, she abruptly interrupted me and raised her voice, saying it already comes with one.
It’s completely understandable that customers may have specific customizations, and I’ve never had such an unpleasant experience at other Tim Hortons locations. The way I was spoken to was unprofessional and discouraging. Customer service is a key part of the Tim Hortons experience, and such behaviour does not reflect the brand’s standards. I truly hope the management addresses this issue and ensures better training so customers are treated with respect in the future.
