water tea. was horrid. please hire competent people. i know its a busy location but my god every time i get a drink here its horrid. its always packed make the uber idiots wait longer. the people standing in line need to take priority. 4 people in line = 10 minute wait

The service is SO slow and I have never gotten the right drink (I order a steeped tea with 2 creams 1 sugar) and am honestly so done with wasting my money here. The fact that I’m writing this review tells you how many incorrect drinks I’ve gotten.

its okay tbh the service is quite slow despite being in a university. the food is standard of a tim hortons. my only problem is that the staff (from what ive noticed) never seem to wash their hands after handling cash and food (like at least use a hand sanitizer or something) and they have messed up my order a few times now (i kinda understand since its really busy) but the staff are definitely really nice and hardworking but i think they need more help to deal with the large amount of orders they get daily

Need to hire more staff and have 1 employee dedicated to just giving the food & drinks out to customers because there is often a large crowd of people waiting to get their order and a big pile of food sitting & waiting to be given out. Because of this the location is always crowded 90% of the time and makes the atmosphere too busy with long lines of people waiting to order and people bumping into each other. Just hire more staff and give out orders faster.
One of the only places on campus to grab a bite for a reasonable price. Busy at all hours, best to place a mobile order 10-15 min before coming to avoid waiting.

This morning, they gave me the wrong order. After speaking with Supervisor Maria, she acknowledged the mistake and promised a fresh coffee on my next visit if I informed them. However, returning this evening and explaining the situation, they didn't pay attention to my explanation. I felt disappointed. This is the second time this has happened at the same location. It seems like my money was wasted. As your customers, please do not deceive us. This behavior is unacceptable. While $2 may not be a significant amount, why do they choose to deceive us?
