food might be “standard (in a good way)” but the service??? exceptional!! the lady here is very kind, always smiling. Just be prepare that u might experience the feel of being rushed on busy time especially during lecture break (around 12-1, 3-3.10, 4-4.20)

Just went and ordered a FRENCH VANILLA on the tim's app. When I tasted the drink it tasted just like coffee. I gathered up the courage to stand back in line and told the cashier that I ordered a french vanilla. She dismissed me and was very rude in response. I was very kind and asked in a sweet manor if she could review my order and possibly make me a new one. She instead told me that I ordered that and instead of apologizing she said in a rude tone that there was nothing she could do about it. I understand that there are protocols in place but I felt as though the cashier was very rude and unapologetic to towards me. This is the second time in a row I have had a bad experience at this specific tim hortons. The last time my ice coffee was burnt and undrinkable. Do better.

I was really upset with my experience today. I ordered a bagel BELT with no tomato, and when I opened it later, I realized there was no bacon. I went back to let them know, and instead of handling it kindly, one of the crew members was very rude and told me to open my bagel so he can see if there is bacon or not and then later he told me to just open the bagel so he could put the bacon in. This is very unprofessional.

Miss Mittu is very courteous and polite. She is a very sociable person. And the store's behind the counter is very clean and well organized. This location is well managed. Keep up the good work.

why did i wait 25 minutes for a LEMONADE. It’s so sweet and they definitely put wayy too much flavouring in it. They don’t listen to what i ask for and put my name down very incorrectly so I was forced to grab a drink i assumed was mine (thankfully it was my drink). Also, no oat milk? I’m allergic to other milks and someone was about to make a coffee with almond milk instead. Had to switch to a lemonade.

The workers are very hard working. But I think they need to hire more people. During summer semester, the line is okay. But during the fall and winter semester, the waiting time and the line gets extremely long. The workers try their best to accommodate the large amount of students and often I could see their stress trying to juggle 5 different tasks in a crampted space.

But, no matter the stress, they are very friendly and hospitable.

My son was at this Tim Hortons and was given a $10 bill as change. He returned to same venue same day to buy snack and was told $10 was fake or not acceptable. They made him to go hungry after a long day and disappointed in the system as a whole. I went back and the poor cashier on duty was helpless. I’m returning with my Son again tomorrow and you guys better find a better explanation. Why was he given a bill that’s not acceptable? Wa as hy was his claim that he got the money from them not investigated?
I’m back to drop them off between 8:30 and 9am. I’m writing this so that someone is present to resolve this.

water tea. was horrid. please hire competent people. i know its a busy location but my god every time i get a drink here its horrid. its always packed make the uber idiots wait longer. the people standing in line need to take priority. 4 people in line = 10 minute wait

The service is SO slow and I have never gotten the right drink (I order a steeped tea with 2 creams 1 sugar) and am honestly so done with wasting my money here. The fact that I’m writing this review tells you how many incorrect drinks I’ve gotten.
