Been to this Tim’s twice and the first time I was here was almost 2-3 months ago and it was in the evening at around 7-8 I ordered a wrap and they very rudely said they don’t have the crispy chicken I said I was okay with the grilled one too and then asked if they had espresso they very rudely said they didn’t have it in this location so I said id like to cancel the wrap too and they were like I told you earlier to not order it and now you cancelled. I thought maybe it’s late evening they must’ve been having or bad day or something and left. Today again after a few months I’m here and the staff is still rude and the place had a really bad smell. And this place doesn’t keep up with the quality of customer service the brand Tim Hortons actually provides. Te coffee was good but customer service is very poor at this place.
They don’t know how to talk with customers please give them some classes so that they should learn to how to deal With customers and work in coffee shops
