Worst experience at this Tim Hortons. The staff here rarely wear name badges, so you can’t even identify who served you. They often miss items like the chipotle sauce in the wrap, and even when I clearly order a large, they give me a medium. The staff don’t listen, stay busy talking among themselves, and don’t pay attention to customer orders. When they make mistakes, none of them accept it or try to fix the issue. Very disappointing and unprofessional. I hope they look into this matter it’s been more than 6 months and it’s the same thing every time. Being a regular customer doesn’t mean anything to them. And I think the owner will only take action when the store is permanently closed.

The staff are very rude and I’ve had multiple bad experiences with them. Today, my drink was made incorrectly and when I kindly asked her to remake it and lady raised her voice at me and refused to remake it. Save your time and peace and do not come to this location. I also had to wait about 15 minutes for my bagel. Horrible service.

not clear enough speakers at the drive thru maybe because i had to shout in english before i was understood. Also another time (just now, im in the parking lot writing this) i went in and stood there at the cash for 2 minutes before i got service. They must be swamped or something, idk. But one lady wasn't doing anything besides sweeping. so meanwhile i was left standing and waiting for no apparent good reason. it wasn't busy inside the store at all. sweeping is not as important as disinfecting. If the sweeping lady was disinfecting instead i could understand better. im not annoyed, but right is right

I’ve been coming to this Tim’s for almost 15 years, the only bad thing about this location is that it’s busy but besides that it’s a amazing, Kamalini, Nanthini, Asuka and niththiya are some of the best workers at the location
