I ordered on drive thru there in morning for a steep tea TT and seasme bagel and FV ICe coffee and at first they didn’t gave me the right bagel and my ice coffee was literally disgusting felt like they didn’t cleaned the coffee pot and it tasted like old and then i had to go back there again to get my right order so when i went back the employee who was taking order on drive through around 1pm same day didn’t really apologized for the inconvenience that i had and she sounded so rude and arrogant also they replaced my bagel bug didn’t toasted it and my ice coffee that was replaced too was still felt like the same coffee cup that i gave back eventually i feel like i didn’t got what i paid for even after trying to go back there . I hope this gets into attention and i don’t think I will ever go there anymore

My recent visit to Tim Hortons( 24th Feb, around 11:50am) was marred by an unfortunate encounter with a staff member. While placing my order, I was met with unnecessary disrespect from an unnamed employee( he was a guy) As I was showing my friend some receipts, the staff member abruptly snatched one from my hand, insinuating that I was attempting to steal it. Not only was this action unwarranted, but the manner in which it was done, coupled with the unfriendly behaviour, left me feeling deeply embarrassed. A simple request to return the receipt would have sufficed, yet the interaction was handled with a complete lack of courtesy. It's disheartening when such incidents tarnish an otherwise enjoyable experience. I hope that Tim Hortons takes steps to ensure that all customers are treated with the respect and friendliness they deserve.

I went to tim hortons and ordered a cheese croissant toasted with butter and hashbrown inside and creamy bbq with a steeped tea. The lady at the sandwich bar just put hashbrown and sauce inside and grilled it right in front of me. When I said that I asked for toasted she started yelling at me and she didn’t even listened to me. She said we can’t toast it .I told her several times that I ordered for toast. If they can’t toast they should tell me before I pay. I spent $7 for my food and they didn’t even provide satisfactory service.I am working as a supervisor at tim hortons from last 2 years . We treat are customers very nicely. She treated my so bad she was yelling aye me for no reason in front of so many customers.

I came to this location this evening to purchase 2 $25 gift cards and never have I been treated so disrespectfully. First of all the cashier made a mistake by charging me $50 on one card instead of 2 which I totally understand that mistakes happen but instead of fixing it she tells me it cannot be done and calls someone else to help. The second employee handles me very aggressively and disrespectfully and asks me “why did you do that?” as if it was my fault and never took the time to ask my side of what happened. She told me that this error can not be fixed and that she can’t do anything but I told her that these 2 gift cards were for work and that I needed it the way I asked it for. I understood there was a line up behind me so I stood to the side and told her I would wait and that they could deal with the other customers. The entire time the workers were talking in their own language (tamil) of how it was my fault and I’m the one who messed up and is causing this delay not realizing I speak and understand tamil myself. I work at a fast food restaurant myself as a manager and this is EXTREMELY unprofessional to do- not once or twice but the first employee was talking about me multiple times. When the second employee was fixing the error she handled me very aggressively and rudely because I was “causing more work for her”. When I explained to her at the end of how unprofessional they’re being and that I understand what they were saying in their language the entire time she cut me off and said “ok bye” and went to the back. No apology whatsoever for her part and not taking any responsibility for her crew just stormed off to the back WHILE I was speaking to her. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone at all, would give it 0/5 if I could.
