One of the worst locations.
No greetings no nothing, looks like you owe them money.
The girl with the mask that serve in the evening made me avoid this location for good.

Nice Tim Hortons. We had an appointment with a practitioner nearby so we stopped by at this Tim Hortons and got drink.
The service is great. We were served by Tharsi and she is kind, polite, and friendly. I was able to spend time and get a drink and take a break from my errands here. The garbage bins were not overfilled and the place was clean.

The only reason I go here, is because it’s on the way to work. Lineups are typically very bad. And the people who take my order are either incompetent, deaf, or just don’t give a flip. Customer service is extremely poor. The food quality is not bad, though I only use drive-through and don’t order actual of other food; just a tea, a muffin or the occasional croissant.
They really give Timmy’s a bad name, sadly. And while I do not know everything that is going on to cause such bad service, I am trouble that nobody seems to be willing to fix it.
Somebody is not doing their job. Maybe a lot of people. Maybe the coordination is bad. I don’t know. But it needs to be fixed or the franchise should be revoked and competent people put in place to run the store.
