This place is just stressful. They’re so slow and half the time they don’t even make the order right. I paid $7 for something they messed up and when I asked for a refund they gave me attitude and handed me cash even though I paid with card. Very unprofessional and annoying.

I ordered a steeped tea DD and brought it to class. I opened the drinking hole and found something floating around so I opened the actual lid to double check and it turned out to be a small cockroach. Unfortunately me for me I had already take a sip of the tea and did not notice it until the second time I went for a sip. I almost puked when I saw it. During my break I went back and told them about the situation and I asked for a replacement for my drink. I asked for a chocolate milk instead of getting a new one. They gladly gave me milk in exchange, but I will never order from here ever again. Make sure to look inside first before you drink.

2nd time they try to be so cheap on the cream cheese. This is not the right amount.. its like a layer of butter. Please trian the staff about the correct amount of applying cream cheese not like thin as butter.
Very slow, takes a long time to take an order ! There's a line up in store, the girl takes one order at the time, walking around, preparing the order, while other customers looking at her, and she's looking at them !!! Bad management.
