Love alllll the workers there! They are very kind and helpful always, the only problem is they’re under staffed at times leaving the lines very long. They need minimum of 3-4 staff always as it gets VERY busy.
I ordered a tea with no sugar and confirmed it twice and they still put sugar in it.

I decided to go to Tim Horton's coffee shop to buy the breakfast deal. Before I order I ask the lady if the $3 BREAKFAST DEAL is available. She responded yes. But to my dismay she didn't understand what I ask her. She asked me if I need a coffee and I have to buy it. I told her that before I ordered I asked her clearly if it is available. I tried to be calm and mindful but I noticed she is raising her voice. She said my order is not in POS and she can't do anything about it. But on my second order she made a mistake again by giving me the wrong order. I hope the management will hire an efficient crew. It is a bit frustrating because I am hungry and waited for so long then received the wrong order.

Service extremely slow, same people every day but overcharge for items and wont correct it unless the one girl with glasses is there. Food is always messed up and the line is always 15 minutes minimum. It’s extremely ridiculous to be this slow especially because theres no drive thru and theres limited menu options. Get new people to work here because in 2 years of attending school here the line has only gotten worse

Ever wonder what expired milk tastes like inside an ice capp?This is the place to discover the wonders of obviously spoiled milk! You'd think that they're selling so many cappies that the milk turnover would be so fresh. Wrong. Sluggish service (which I didn't mind due to not being in a rush), leads to old product in fridge, followed by a brief milk poisoning.Tim Horton died for our sins, and this is what we get?

This is the most inefficient Tim Hortons that I have been too. The food and drinks taste fine, but the service is RIDICULOUSLY SLOW. I've been to many Timmies on many university campuses and they are all efficient and get through their lines pretty fast so there is really no excuse. Waited in line for almost 30 minutes for a drink when there was less than 10 people in line. The staff move at a ridiculously slow pace and there aren't many of them either. If you're in a rush, I don't recommend going here.

Worst Tim I have ever been to. Extremely slow service. Usually one staff, who is very slow herself. There is always a line, 8 AM or 6 PM. Terrible?
If you are planning to get coffee and bakery,” then it’s good otherwise service is bit slow.
