I visited this location on January 23rd and witnessed the most disgusting behaviour from a food service worker. Here, I watched a team member RUB HER RUNNING NOSE with HER HANDS and USED THE SAME HANDS TO SERVE ME MY BAGEL WITHOUT EVEN WASHING HER HANDS OR AT LEAST PUTTING GLOVES ON!??!
To make things worse, the location is filthy with coffee cups, rubbish, tissues and garbage scattered all over the place. Who knows what those tissues were used for.
I seriously expect management to take some action after seeing all of these complaints about the location. The place is not even busy yet service is EXTREMELY SLOW and the place is FILTHIER THAN THE SUBWAY. I would rather eat at the washrooms at Finch station than at this place.

The food here is alright ig.? The service is not good my friend accidentally dropped the the “Wet Floor” cone, the worker was very pissed and rude, we told her it was a accident and she still was pissed and yell at us and threatened us to leave!!!

I have ordered a medium double and they charged 5 dollars and I didn’t noticed when i payed the bill from drive thru. I double checked the order before paying with person who was in the counter. But even though he charged me extra. Worse experience trying to cheat.
