Very disappointing experience at this Tim Hortons. This morning, I ordered a tea and a Farmer’s Wrap combo and simply asked the staff to put the hash brown (that already comes with the combo) inside the wrap — something I’ve done at many other Tim Hortons without any issue. However, the girl taking my order refused and told me I’d have to buy an extra hash brown if I wanted it inside the wrap. That makes absolutely no sense since other nearby Tim Hortons (even the one just 500 meters away) have never charged extra for this. It’s disappointing to see such inconsistency and lack of customer service. I definitely don’t recommend this location.

I just had a coffee from Tim Hortons on june 06 @ 10:50pm right before closing and it was absolutely amazing! The flavor was rich and smooth, and it was just the perfect pick-me-up. Highly recommend it!

Every time I order a sandwich and ask for butter, they butter one side lightly. This causes the bagel to stick to the roof of your mouth. Not enjoyable at all. Also sandwiches are never cut in half. Is this the new norm for Timmy's. ? I think it's time to make breakfast at home.

The opening hours are shown wrong. It should be open at 5 but it's always closed. They are always out of stock for wraps n other food options. It's very close to my house so we don't have any option otherwise this place isn't so good.

Love the French Vanilla beverage and also their Strawberry watermelon drink! the best part is they serve you the beverage the way it's supposed to be either cold or hot. They are really efficient with their service and I got my order in less then 5 mins..
