Every time I order a sandwich and ask for butter, they butter one side lightly. This causes the bagel to stick to the roof of your mouth. Not enjoyable at all. Also sandwiches are never cut in half. Is this the new norm for Timmy's. ? I think it's time to make breakfast at home.

The opening hours are shown wrong. It should be open at 5 but it's always closed. They are always out of stock for wraps n other food options. It's very close to my house so we don't have any option otherwise this place isn't so good.

I had an extremely disappointing experience. I asked to have my water bottle filled with tap water, something I’ve done at many other locations without any issues. To my surprise, I was informed there would be a charge for this simple request.
Charging customers for tap water, especially on a hot day, is unreasonable and leaves a negative impression. As a long-time patron of Tim Hortons, I expected better customer service and a more considerate approach. This incident has certainly affected my perception of the brand.
I hope management reconsiders this policy to ensure a more positive experience for all customers in the future.

I placed an order for two coffees via mobile app. Upon arriving at the pick-up station, I was initially overlooked. After politely attempting to gain attention with "Mobile order, please," I was still disregarded in favor of an in-store customer. Subsequently, I raised my voice to be heard. A staff member then approached me for my order number, to which I provided my name, having closed the application. Despite the store's low activity, there was difficulty in locating my order details. Eventually, my order was prepared with an error of three sugars instead of one. Upon returning to correct the mistake, the staff member assumed my order was correct and staff member still checked assuming I was lying . This experience left me dissatisfied with the customer service and overall approach of the establishment.
