Never ever order anything through drive thru. The person taking order is pathetic and had 0 listening skills. To be honest they don't take their job seriously, they are here to simply make their wage at the cost of neglecting customers. If you ask for coffee you'll get tea and vice versa. If you can't do your job find something else to do.

Very good place. Employees are hardworking and trained well. Sometimes it gets busy but they handle it pretty well

They messed up my order the coffee had coffee grinds they made me pay for something that he messed up on he was to tired to pay attention or do his job properly I’m never going here again

First of all they always have problem hearing order. Everytime i come i have to repeat myself couple of time whether its in-store order or made by Drive through
2) everytime i order something there is always a mess on one or more of the item i ordered. I normally don't complain much but i had enough of it today
3)today i had my XL French vanilla and cup was 1/4 empty but i still let it go and when they messed up my child donut with top chocolate layer stick in paper bag i hated it. Here is pic of it
This is the only tims close to my home and my humble request for the management to take some to retrain your staff well and teach them good way of food handling

I ordered two coffe person forgot to put auger and sweetener for both but I pay for coffe very bad experience
This store has so inexperienced staff and worst customer service . Those punjabi girls are so ignorant towards the customer , they handover the cold beverages in place of hot ones and then refuse to warm again. Never had such a bad experience at any tim hortons. I will never go again there.

Very bad experience here for the first time. Workers (punjabi girls) were so rude. Really my mood got off after visiting here. Will never go again there.
I myself work as a manager in a fast food chain.
I was waiting for my wife outside of these store with my baby for almost 10 minutes. While my wife being the only customer at the front counter was not greeted once by 4 staff member working while I am looking at the drive thru cars are being served. If they don’t want to serve in store customers they should lock the front door and just serve the drive thru cars. I seek attention of the owner.

Worst staff ever. I have been waiting at the front counter to place an order for more than 5 minutes while my husband waiting for me with my baby outside but no one cares to take order while i was the only one waiting to place an order.

Very poor service , I feel like the employees are AI's and there being controlled by Indian back in india. Went to drive thrue could barely hear the person so I drove right to the window and ask if he could just take my order, he said no I need drive back to the menu board and I ask why not he said he doesn't want to get send back home by his employer. VERY SAD. No wonder this timmis only hire Indians.

Had a good experience here where I ordered a large ice cap through the service boothes, but the ice cap machine was being cleaned. I couldn't wait for it to be cleaned and so I chose to get a medium cold brew in lieu. The cashier then told me to wait for a second and then got the change for the difference between my two drinks. I didn't expect it since they were very busy so I appreciate that small gesture!
Store so cheap or extremely under trained or staff so ignorant that you scan for a free coffee and then keep asking at the drive thru window “how are you going to pay” Your actually paying double for what should be a free. Well really you pay for a coffee and 400 points. B.S It’s not the first time it’s happened at this location. You can tell very easily that this is “best practice” for the store and the You’re best to avoid and go to another location (lots in the area)

This is the current state of Tim Hortons. I spent 20 min in the drive thru line up ordered a BELT bagel , breakfast Sandwhich and a coffee. 3 regular items. Paid in full. Only received 2/3 items upon checking. They gave me a bagel toasted with butter instead of the BELT. Spent another 15 mins lining up to get the correct item. By the time I get to the window and attempt to explain what happened they sounded like 1) they barely understood English and 2) they couldn’t care less. Spent another 10 mins waiting finally got up to the drive thru window and they never even made the replacement Sandwhich ! Had to wait another 5 minutes for them to rush and make it. Then they had the audacity to ask for the plain bagel back (which I touched already) as if I spent 20 mins lining up as a liar ? I can guarantee they are going to re use that bagel with another customer. Sad just sad the state of this establishment.
Hi, I visited here today at like 3 pm. I brought an english muffin here today, and they serve a rotten egg. I have been eating it and smell funny and didn't realize it. I will never eat here ever again next time, double or triple check your egg quality. If it is good or not, you guys are serving a lot of people. It will contaminate your food easily if you are not getting this in action. And the food server is actually rude. Thank you for hearing this review. Have a great day.
