I go there twice a week and spend like $15 every time and I ask for my receipt and survey coupon . Whenever I try to use that coupon it shows already used , don’t know what’s going on !!

Just went to buy double dark roast and large Chia Tea but I got large double double and step tea. They served whatever easy for them. Disgusting customer service and wastage of money. Supervisor please guide your staff for best service.
