Had a good experience here where I ordered a large ice cap through the service boothes, but the ice cap machine was being cleaned. I couldn't wait for it to be cleaned and so I chose to get a medium cold brew in lieu. The cashier then told me to wait for a second and then got the change for the difference between my two drinks. I didn't expect it since they were very busy so I appreciate that small gesture!
Waste of time, waste of gas.
Employees never have order ready at the window after paying. Always rude. Always saying "I told you to do this and that".
Very demanding and disrespectful.
Complete lack of manners.
Always ask you to pull away from the window to come around again to get you're order.
By the time you get back to the window, the order you had paid $10-$15 for is now cold.
