This is the best Tim Hortons in the area. The staff are genuinely friendly and attentive. Even though I don’t come in very often, they have remembered my order and take the time to prepare it properly. You can tell they actually care about their customers, which is rare and really appreciated.

I had a very bad experience at this Tim Hortons today morning. I ordered 4 coffees and some food items. The order was prepared quickly, which I appreciated. However, when I asked politely which coffee was chocolate, double double, and triple triple, the staff member behaved very rudely.
There were only marker marks on the lids, which I did not understand. When I asked for help, she gave me angry looks and started speaking to her colleague in another language while pointing at me, which felt disrespectful and insulting.
This was a very uncomfortable experience, and I expect better customer service.

Friendly and fast service. Unfortunatley, the egg bites were cold. Also, it would be great if they (and all Tim's locations) asked about scanning for Tim's points as it not second nature fit all or they may not even know Tim's has an app. It is good for the company and the customers that like to benefit from loyalty rewards.
