Friendly and fast service. Unfortunatley, the egg bites were cold. Also, it would be great if they (and all Tim's locations) asked about scanning for Tim's points as it not second nature fit all or they may not even know Tim's has an app. It is good for the company and the customers that like to benefit from loyalty rewards.

I went through the drive-thru with my daughter. It was farther than the one closest to my home but that one was out of Tea, Donuts, and customer service.
The drive thru order was so simple and almost shocking because they had steeped teas, Christmas cookies, and donuts🎉.
The girl at the window was so sweet and courteous! She confirmed my order twice and ensured she labeled each lid on the teas before handing them to me. We were incredibly happy not only were the steeped teas freshly brewed, the baked goods were all so fresh it was almost like being the first one in the bakery 🍩 🥯 .
I don’t go to this location often but in all honesty; they never disappoint 👍🏼🙌🏼👏🏼☺️

I went to this Tim Hortons around 6-7 pm on November 9th and ordered an everything bagel toasted with cream cheese, but it was grilled instead, leaving it unevenly warmed with a poor texture. The bagel wasn’t even sliced initially, and the cream cheese was sparse and unevenly spread. When I mentioned it wasn’t toasted correctly, they started making another without asking but grilled it again. Staff should be trained to know the difference between toasting and grilling, and if the toaster isn’t working, they should inform customers. Overall, very disappointing—I’ll never go to this Tim Hortons again.
