I have been going to this store for the signature to go latte. The first few times were so good but after that it, it did not hit the same however I would still go. Yesterday I had went to pick up my coffee order and the staff member present at that time was super rude. I had never seen her before. She was just rude, she was not professional and she had an attitude from the beginning. Some days the drinks are not consistent however I still keep going but after receiving this bad service I am never going back. I even called her out on it and she still did not accept her way. Unfortunately due to an employee’s bad behaviour I will not be coming back.

Now the employees are in a bad mood and don't wear masks and are indifferent to customers. I waited for 30 minutes for three cups of tea. I am lactose intolerance to milk and have already paid extra to switch to oat milk. Later, I felt uncomfortable in my stomach and realized that the store had not changed it. When I went to patronize again, I saw the young girl who had her eyelashes done. I reminded her again that she must switch to oat milk. Her attitude was very bad and very rude. I hope the owner can pay attention to the staff.

Was walking around the plaza and stumbled upon this place while wanting a coffee. I got the signature latte which was delicious! My colleague ordered an espresso and found it tasty as well. The menu selection was great and I am definitely returning and recommending this place to others.
