High quality and tasty sushi and poke place. Impressive presentation and excellent food. Very fast service. I am reducing 1 start just because of the menu access. The menu is only available through scanning a bar code, and the web page is not even mobile friendly so it makes it hard to explore. User-friendly and accessible menu should be the second priority (coz 1st priority is for the food itself).

Overall it's worth trying. I guarantee that you will be hooked. The food is really good.

I always Pre order online, this place is super punctual and is very attentive to the allergy/instructions you provide. Nice vibes from the staff and they’ve got lemon water while you wait, peaceful vibes

The sushi and poke bowls were delicious!!! A+++ for amazing service! Highly recommended ❤️ It is now our go-to Japanese spot!

Got the tasting box for 2 for take out. Had this for lunch with my partner and had leftovers afterwards. So the portion was more than enough.

Mostly salmon toppings in the different makis, mostly raw. Well seasoned, good toppings to rice ratio.

This is a nice treat that I would definitely do again.

I first tried Toro Toro when they opened in Vaughan, and I was excited when they expanded to Scarborough! The food is always fresh, flavourful, and well put together. Their consistent quality has made them one of my go-to spots in the GTA :)

Hands down the best sushi I have tried in Scarborough and in the GTA. I’ve had sushi from a lot of different spots before but I have dreams about Toro Toro that should tell you how amazing their food is! Definitely try the lobster taco it is so crunchy and delicious, and my favourite roll hands down is the Empress Roll.

This was my first time visiting the Toro Toro location, as I usually go to the Vaughan spot—so it was nice to finally check this one out. I ordered takeout this time, but I’m definitely planning to come back to dine in because the atmosphere was super inviting.

I got the classic salmon poke and it did not disappoint. The fish was incredibly fresh, and everything was well-balanced in flavour and texture. You could really taste the quality of the ingredients, which makes a huge difference when it comes to poke.

The staff were also really friendly and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. Service was smooth and quick, even though they seemed to be having a steady flow of orders.

One thing that stood out right away is that this location is definitely more spacious than the Vaughan one. There’s more room to sit and enjoy your meal, and the layout feels very open and relaxed.

I also loved the Japanese-style vibes of the décor—it’s modern but warm, with nice little details that make it feel like a place you’d want to hang out in, not just grab food and go.

The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that I haven’t had the chance to fully dine in yet and try more of the menu. But based on this first visit, it’s safe to say I’ll be back soon to enjoy the full experience.

Highly recommend if you're a poke fan or looking for a fresh and satisfying meal in a chill setting!

Great neighborhood sushi store. Food is good with high end decor and packaging. Don’t expect any service, help yourself for take food and clean table. Makes me wonder the high end of food doesn’t aline with fast food service.

Pretty quick service. Came here by accident thinking it was Toro's fish, but wasn't disappointed. The sushi was really good quality, we demolished the food within minutes of receiving it. The packaging was really nice, they came in these elegant black boxes, seems like a really nice way to bring food to a potluck or someone's house. You have to order and oay before you eat, which is nice as I love to leave right after eating! Will definitley be back to try the other options!

Ordered the Classic poke with salmon, I got a piece of fish with bone in it, and there wasn't a lot of avocado. Also didn't realize it doesn't come with wasabi.
