Some of the worst service I've ever had at a restaurant. We ordered a couple hundred dollars of food and drink, with a nice tip thrown in. When I asked for some containers for our food, this miserable waitress snapped "I'M BUSY!" at me, glaring at me like I had just killed her mother. She was not young, inexperienced or new. I guess with our money in her hands, she could act however she wanted and didn't feel obligated to properly close out the group. I walked out of there with the portions still left on the table.I'll never understand why this place is so popular with the boomers, but I will say that it's a genuine West Indian dining experience: tacky decor, rude staff, speakers constantly buzzing and feeding back, and the inability to converse with folks that are right next to you. The only saving grace to this place is time honoured recipes that they can't really be credited with originating or improving upon, anyway.There are many better choices.Atmosphere 1, Service 1, Food 2.

Stopped in around 10 pm and to my surprise, I was searched by security. Can't be upset by the guy doing his job, but still rude after asking why the patdown for only picking up food. he replied, this is Toronto and you don't know what's going on out here.I'm an electrician just getting Off work, god forbid I had forgotten a tool in one of my pockets.

15 mins in I had to go to the bar where the waitress serving other tables was just sitting there, 10 mins after another waitress comes to ask if we need drinks or food. Mentioning I already ordered she decides to take two plates from the four that are preset at every table and I ask why, she rudely says “because there’s only two of you at the table” but yet, she doesn’t know a friend is up on stage singing and slams the third plate and walks off mumbling something stupid. Zackia if I heard correctly is the waitress’s name who has a tongue ring. Before completing our first order of drinks, her she comes 20 mins of waiting asking us for another order of drinks, and when I tell her drinks were already ordered, she wants to add on more nonsense of attitude. Anyway good luck to her future if this is how she wants to behave. I didn’t even eat the food because if staff don’t care this much to be organized and passionate towards their job, how do you know if the food is even being prepared and cooked properly. I paid the full bill and will never return to this trash can.

I must say that today making a choice to order carribean fried rice and pepper shrimp was the worst. I spent 120.00 on peper shrimp a small party tray .I was so disappointed by the looks of it .I decided to try it because I tought maybe just by the looks maybe it's not so bad .but after trying one .the taste was so horrible ,the shrimp had a bitter taste as if the restaurant hasn't changed there oil in days .I must say that this is the worst restaurant for ordering food for a party .these people don't value your money .plus the lady taking orders is verry rude .I decided to rebook it .it taste a bit better but teh bitterness is still there .verry disappointed. The large tray fried rice I bought .it's supose to be just fry chicken on top insted it's as if they didn't have enofe and mixed my chicken with jerk chicken pcs .

Ordered the honey garlic and sweet chili wings. The chicken itself was fresh HOWEVER, the amount of salt added to the seasoning made it unbearable to eat. Uncertain if this is customary practice for the chef/sous chef to voluntarily give people heart attacks or diabetes. Word of advice, easy on the seasoning and heavy on providing quality food to keep people healthy.

I've never had such terrible bland food. It had no love in it, I had ordered their house special chow mein. I would have had better food in the Scarborough Town Centre food court.The waitress was awesome and her hand for drinks was the saving grace for this establishment.Ya'll most def missed the mark here, sadly it even needed salt. Do yall chefs not taste whats going out?

Few friends met up here for few drinks and dinner. Everything was great till the DJ setup his equipment and started to play music. They play great music and the atmosphere is nice as well.Note to self: 11pm onwards u will not be able have a conversation inside the place.
