Let me tell you something!!!! No cap, this has been the best Jamaican food I’ve had since being in Canada. This gave me a taste of home. Real fried chicken, wid curry gravy. The curry goat ! It’s goat, not lamb and the flavor profile 🤏🏾🤏🏾🤏🏾🤏🏾🤏🏾. BIG UP THE CHEFS!

Food use to be good along with the service.. I had a big order for a car dealership lunch.. it was a disgrace for me to tell the dealership how great Twice as Nice food was and get them to hold a staff lunch for the dealership to get poor quality food ... Me personally have been going for years but only within the last year I found things have changed in their restaurant.. poor service... with attitude especially from the skinny gyal with the head tie.. making people feel like she's doing us a favor... to be honest anyone reading this.. check out Patty Time at McCowan and Lawrence.. their crew always friendly and oxtail is amazing.. also see PJ'S over at Kennedy rd and Huntington Wood .. He's been there 40 years and stil humble and jokes around with everyone.. Twice as Nice... is definitely not Twice as Nice...as the other Jamaican takeout.. You need to do better

I ordered oxtail dinner. The rice tasted good but you can tell sugar was added. The oxtail was just bones. Very disappointing. I wouldn't ve ordering from here again.

Been coming here too long to accept what's taking place now. The long standing customers who've supported for years now suffer a long wait behind Uber, Lift and all the other food delivery services. The cashiers and servers are ALWAYS under extreme pressure. Things need to get back to normal or they'll no longer get my support.

First time ordering here, jerk chicken was sweet, literally had a sugary taste. Not hot whatsoever, it didn’t taste like any jerk chicken I’ve ever had. Asked for oxtail gravy, the gravy was also sweet. I assumed it would come with rice and peas but it came with plain rice, and only a spoonful of coleslaw. Very strange, won’t be coming back.

The food at Twice as Nice restaurant was highly disappointing. The jerk pork tasted stale and seemed like it was leftover from the previous day—dry, brittle, and stringy instead of juicy. The side of macaroni pie was severely overcooked, mushy, flavorless, and lacking cheese, with an overwhelming amount of plain macaroni. Overall, a very unsatisfactory experience, and I have no intention of returning. Or recommending to anybody on this planet. Waste of money.

I ordered a cow foot mixed with jerk chicken today. I would rather restaurants be honest and say they don't have enough meat for a mix then to get home and see this. Do you see sufficient cow foot in here? In addition, I was charged for extra coleslaw and never got it and this would not be the first time this has happened.
The food is okay - the customer service is terrible and it’s been like this for years. Be nice and have a good attitude. Nobody wants to feel uncomfortable or even scared to ask for what they want when it comes to buying food from you for fear of an attendant disrespecting them. Your attitudes turn people off.
Wheelchair accessibility: It’s ok. You will have to find a curb-cut if you’re in a wheelchair or have somebody help you up.

The food is delicious, which is why I tolerate the low-level quality of service. It's a take out spot, so the atmosphere is not important to me, but it's very basic. They're opening a dine in restaurant across the street in the new year. Hopefully, it'll be well managed.

I bought goat head soup and it was so salty I had to dilute it with water. I'm not a fan of putting pimento seed directly in foods, use a loose leaf tea ball or a cheese cloth. That way you don't spend all you time fishing pimentos and thyme stalks from your food. That being said the soup was average at best.
