I had such a wonderful experience with Venus Bakery and Cakes! I placed an order over the phone from BC to surprise my mother in Ontario, and they went above and beyond to make it happen on short notice. Not only did they personally deliver the cake, but they also added a beautiful special touch that made it extra meaningful. Their customer service was outstanding kind, thoughtful, and so accommodating. My mother was absolutely delighted, and I couldn’t be happier. The owner of the shop is very easy to talk to. She made the cake exactly like I wanted. Absolutely delicious and the best vegetarian cake I have ever had. The packaging was perfect as well. I would only buy my cake from this place.

I had such a wonderful experience with this bakery! I accidentally ordered 3 pounds of pastries instead of just 3 pieces. Rather than just sending the order as it was, they noticed something might be wrong and took the time to contact me to confirm. When I wasn’t able to fix or edit the order myself, they went the extra mile by communicating directly with DoorDash to help cancel and adjust it. Their honesty, attentiveness, and genuine care for their customers really stood out. It’s rare to see such dedication and integrity, and it made the whole process stress-free and pleasant. I’m so grateful for their professionalism and kindness, and I will definitely continue supporting them and recommending them to friends and family. Truly an exceptional experience!

Their birthday cakes are amazing! I’ve tried many cakes from here, and every single one has been delicious. It’s a must-visit spot, even for custom cakes. The lady who writes on the cakes does a beautiful job—most places tend to mess up the writing, but hers is always perfect.

MOST AMAZING CAKE EVER. I was so happy with this. It tastes absolutely amazing. It was moist, well balanced and perfect for a group of 10-12 people ❤️ the lady I spoke with was also super sweet and responded fast. Venus bakery exceeded my expectations and have gained a forever customer. No one does it like them. Fair pricing as well for such an amazing cake 🎂 thank you VENUS!!!!!!!!

Ordered several items including a birthday cake (pistachio) to be delivered at a later date. On the delivery date, their driver showed up exactly as promised, and the cake + pastry were EXCELLENT!

The vanilla sponge was light, moist, and full of that classic homemade taste, while the pineapple added a fresh, tropical twist that balanced beautifully. Not overly sweet, just perfectly indulgent.
