It pains me to stay this as I used to like this place. Their dim sum selection has been reduced and the quality isn't anything to write home about. Not even average. COVID has decimated many a restaurant and this location shows it. I ordered the 'shiu mai' which looked like it was microwaved. Their barbeque pork buns were alright. The 'sweet egg yolk and milk' were good, I'd order those again anytime.This place is good if you're ordering fried noodles or rice, but I wouldn't go here for the dim sum. I'd stick to the other Very Fair location close to Kennedy/Sheppard instead.

Before covid, this is one of the classic Chinese restaurants we used to visit for dimsum and family dinners as their restaurant is big and spacious. Currently, they have some set dinner combos available for takeout at a special price. My parents decided to try out this combo they are offering which includes a lobster, abalone, shark fin, mushroom with beef, goose feet and roast pig. Overall, the food was great and the portion is pretty generous. I personally am not familiar with the difference between canned abalone and dried abalone, but my mom said the abalone in this meal is the dried ones which is supposed to be better quality than the canned ones and more effort to prepare. We had a party of 6 and had plenty of leftover. To be honest, it turned out well for a take out meal!

I took my lovely mama here for a bday brunch and she enjoyed it! Fairly expensive, but we haven't been out much (covid) and my mama is worth it. We both were surprised by the size of the shrimp in the rice roll - big and juicy - compared to the smaller ones other dim sum places have. Mama's fave: curry squid + ch feet My fave: shrimp rice roll and durian pastry

It's totally different than 2 years ago. Now much expensive and no service at all. The food is just so so. We ordered broccoli beef, only 5-6 small slides of beef. Very disappointed. Definitely will not come again

Dim Sum prices are exactly “very fair” while quality is so great. I used to go there for Dim Sum pre-COVID but now due to restriction on dine in I haven’t been there for so long. Really miss their 凤爪 and 河粉.
Picked up take out from this spot for the first time, it did take a little longer than the expected pick up time, not sure if they were super busy but prices are reasonable. We enjoy to go out. Last night we came to this excellent restaurant which friends told us about. We had a lovely experience there with high-qulity dishes and a nice crew and an impressive chef. We put this place in our phone list and we will certainly come back very soon. Highly recommended.
