My family and I have been going to this restaurant for more than 15 years now. This is our go-to pho place or if we just need good food for dinner. The spring rolls are always a staple app to order. The value cannot be beat and I hope this place continues to serve great food to more families like mine for more years to come.

Drove 15km and past 3 other pho places just to come here. The food was just that good. If you want pho and are within 15km of this place you gotta try it out. One small bowl was like a buffet, the large bowel was enough to make 2 people have no room in their stomach. Their portion size was crazy generous. We also got the pork neck and it was crispy on the edges and perfectly tender at the same time. If I lived within walking distance to this place I would honestly come here at least 3 times a week. The only small complaint I had was the price increase from years ago but I can't really blame the restaurant for that in this economy.
This place deserves more love 😔. I generally don't make reviews because people usually only give a rating if the place was really terrible or really good and this place was good enough for me to make my third review ever.

Not 100% authentic Vietnamese food but the dishes are tasty in their own right with good value in portion sizes. Servers are kind and very accomodating, accounting for allergies or if you want your bean sprouts pre-cooked. Love this place!

first, it was fake Vietnamese food and it was Chinese food actually, we came here today but they were totally scamming us by charging us for the food, then not serving it until we asked. then they forced us to take it after we had already finished the meal

Gave me the wrong order first time questioned what was ordered and had to confirm with the ticket instead of correcting it right away, got the order second time and it was still wrong and all i got was the chef is new. Portion on the third remake was skimped on. 0/10

Food are not authentic Vietnamese taste, and compared with the quality, price is extremely high and worthless. Never back to there forever.

Food quality was mediocre. We have visited many other pho restaurants and the broth from this place was subpar.
The shrimp rolls were decent.
We wouldn’t come back again.

A hidden gem within a bunch of trendy asian restaurants. This place does not disappoint, and food is great value. I love going here

Unmemorable. Better options in the area
Greedy waiters expecting a tip. I would've tipped more if they didn't aggressively tap on the change tray.

The service attitude is extremely poor. She also asked us for more tips. She discriminated against us and said that we were poor. She told if we don't give tips and don't come next time!!!

Terrible Service — Will Never Come Back
I had dinner with my colleague at Vietnam Noodle Star around 7:00pm June 4th 2025. We each ordered a large pho special for dine-in and a pineapple fried rice for takeout.
The short-haired female staff with glasses at the cashier had a terrible attitude. When I went to pay, she charged me for both items as dine-in and didn’t give me any change. When I questioned her, she became rude and argumentative instead of trying to resolve the issue.
She was aggressive and clearly expected a tip. I explained that I would only tip for the dine-in portion — tipping is optional, not mandatory. Her behavior was completely unacceptable.
I’m extremely disappointed. No wonder this place is loosing customers ,even during dinner rush hour.— I’ve seen other reviews saying they force tips too, and now I know it’s true. If I could give zero stars, I would. Avoid this restaurant at all costs.
I bring my family and they ask for 10% minimum tip.. not going back anymore
