I went in for the Shawarma National Day $5 special, and honestly, it was disappointing. The manager was filling the box mostly with rice and barely added any meat - maybe a dollar's worth at best. Online it says you can choose six toppings, but in-store they only let you pick two. On top of that, they were clearly trying to give as little as possible. Come on, man - if you don't want to do the special, then don't, but don't try to trick customers. It's not a good look.

The owner is too busy counting dimes than happy customers. The food is way too salty, if you have health issues I suggest you avoid this place. The garlic sauce is lumpy and the hummus is too watery, you can tell it was watered down. TOO SALTY= TOO MUCH SODIUM = TOO MANY TRIPS to the HOSPITAL.

Too Bad!!! I order Falafel plates, and fries. Selected cheak pea salad and Coleslaw, very bad taste, fries are not good at all, fill oily too much while eating. Do not eat if you are looking for good Mediterranean food with good taste👎👎

I ordered mixed shawarma plate. The chicken and beef were salty and dry. I find the tabbouleh salty as well. The salad is no longer fresh and was put on top of hummus and garlic paste. The potatoes were too spicy for me so I ended up eating the rice only.

I literally got food poisoning from eating the RockBox , it was my first time there and I was throwing up non stop. I didn’t eat anything else that wasn’t safe other than this. I should’ve looked at the other reviews because now my health isn’t great.

It was digestible so not a 1 star but a 2 star, because the quality/taste of the food was just not there at all. The beef was mushy, not tangible, whereas the chicken was alright. The beef also tasted salty compared to the chicken. I also asked for no pickles, which I was given anyways, so it's clear whoever is working there did not follow instructions. I asked and paid for extra chicken didn't get that as well. More beef than chicken. Overall, I wouldn't order again, it wouldn’t be worth the money, at this point in time unfortunately.

Portions! Over filled the container which could feed 2 people. Price is ok for the amount of food but if it’s for one person reduce price and learn to portion control. I barely made a dent in my food
I visited this restaurant for the first time today, but unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience. As someone who also works in the restaurant as front-of-house staff, I know how important professionalism and customer respect are.
While I was at the counter, two female staff members were laughing and chatting with each other while i was asking them about the meal which I felt extremely unprofessional and dismissive. I wasn’t acknowledged properly, and their behavior made me feel uncomfortable and disrespected. Because of this, I chose not to place an order.I hope someone looks into this and address this issue.

Very disappointed with the customer service at this location. The staff was incredibly rude and dismissive when I asked a simple question about the menu. No greeting, no eye contact—just an attitude like they were doing me a favor. On top of that, the food was nearly inedible. Everything was extremely salty to the point where I couldn’t even finish my meal. Definitely not worth the price or the experience. I won’t be returning, and I don’t recommend it to anyone looking for decent service or food quality.
