Having travelled this far I am very glad to taste something that is so original, so homely. Thank you Vindaloo Express for making the food so tasty. Chicken tandoori and Mutton curry is to die for. Will be visiting the place more often ?

The food is always fantastic and delicious with high quality, as a matter of fact i am always delighted to have any food that i order from this restaurant. Definitely Worth it. They just mix cooked rice and cooked meat and telling those as biriyani. I found only 2 pcs (1sq inch each) meat in lamb biriyani which was really disappointing but costly.

Their coconut curry shrimp is absolutely delicious! It's very flavorful and seasoned with the right amount of spices. The portion size is generous. You definitely get the quality and value of an authentic taste experience. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone who enjoys rich and spicy dishes.

Very disappointing. I would never recommend anyone to visit Vindaloo. Manager itself is so rude and they definitely don’t care about their customer.I ordered a curry 1 hour before and when I was there to pick it up they said it would take 15-20 minutes more. I told manager this is not done. They told if you want to buy it wait or else you can go and this guys don’t even care about reviews. I definitely recommend other Indian cuisine that is nearby.

I ordered 3 different curry. All of them are Delicious. Good portion size with lots of meat. Great food with good value.
Was unable to reliably confirm halal authenticity. When I went in, there were a number of Hindu Idols all over the cashier area, which is fine, but when I asked where they bought their meat from and receipts, they were not able to provide it. He said he would text it to me. He later texted me some scanned generic certificate that did not specify their restaurant or location. In fact its from some random place all the way in Quebec that quotes vaguely: "meat sold at this STORE is halal". See attached. When I texted back and asked for a receipt of a meat order, they said they could not provide one. When I asked for further clarification, they did not respond. See attached images. I can find NO website or number for the certifying body and when I left a voicemail at the masjid in Montreal Quebec that the certifying body is attached to, they never got back to me. So I don't trust their claim. I wouldn't eat their meat if you're looking for reliable halal food unless they can give you the name of a halal supplier you can follow up with and verify they regularly supply meat over the past year or more. They claim they buy meat from this place in Quebec but its not a halal butcher. Its an association tied to a masjid in Quebec that will certify whether a place purchases Halal. For non-halal eaters, the food is good. The naan is huuuuge.

We had ordered veg and non-veg for our casual dinner. The flavor was immaculate and the quality of the food was amazing, no complaints on that end. The only suggestion I’d have for Vindaloo would be to have a variation of sides, such as naan, rather than being limited to only rice, or to have the ability to upgrade to a different sides. Overall, no complaints flavor wise but a small recommendation.

Their food was amazing , they prepared the food the way I wanted it mild,the portions were full in some dishes others need a little bit more. I ordered lamb kabobs not much meat inside, few onions the presentation inside was terrible overall the food was excellent, food very tasty first time customer and a promising customer who will be returning,.
