Truly gross. Served me a Coffee with lip stick on it, got my order wrong, but was nice enough to correct it. It's really run down, in ever way. I ordered a club with rye and I got the oldest chicken and smallest portions I have ever seen with a side of greasy fries. Then I looked to a table that seemed to come here often and saw double the portion for the club sandwich in much fresher lettuce and tomatoes. I asked why it looks so different and she said you got the rye bread
I will never come back here. Please please don't eat here and if you do, check everything for hairs dirt lipstick to save yourself from eating something disgusting

Attended watts on a karaoke night. The small wings tasted like they were cooked about 5 times. They were hard and took 5 minutes to chew one. The Bruschetta was frozen and had to be sent back. The Nachos were covered in onions. We checked the menu and it didn't come with onions. They took them back and brought a second round with tomatoes that should have been thrown out days ago. I will never eat at Watts again. The owner should make the cook eat the food he is giving to the customers.

Good day,
I just wanted to bring to your attention our experience this morning at WATTS as I had breakfast with my friends. I requested cutlery to the server as I was missing my fork. The lady brought it back holding it from the fork trident side that goes into the mouth instead of the handle and with no napkin. I felt very uneasy and my friend requested another fork as they all noticed the handling of the cutlery; she brought the extra fork with a napkin but holding it again from the wrong side. I didn’t want to offend her and said nothing. I went ahead and ended using a spoon. But I’m attaching a picture of how she held the fork so you can tell her that’s unacceptable specially in the restoration industry. I work in the industry myself and know how delicately I should be handling food. Be careful or you will end up loosing clientele. It was really gross. Also seats need big time upholstery upgrade. The men’s bathroom was open and the door couldn’t close so you could hear everything from our booth. Never going back again.

The hot Turkey Dinner with mashed potatoes and green peas should not be on the menu serving frozen foods heated in a microwave is garbage. The server was fantastic but couldn't say that about the food.

We had a Celebration of Life for my sister on Sept. 20, 2025. Everything was set up exactly as requested. The food was great.Sri had everything organized for us. The 2 ladies behind the bar were very friendly and attentive. We could not have asked for any better service or food. Thank you all so much!!

Waitress was nice but food was awful. Salsbury steak was not good, potatoes were cold and super salty and veggies tasted like were cooked hours ago and we didn’t eat.salad the lettuce was wilty. We won’t return.

This place holds some good memories and nostalgia for my family. We have been eating here for generations now. They still keep up the menu with so many standard options from a family restaurant with a little bit of a pub influence. Chicken pot pie for those who like it, is one of their specialities.

I've been here 2 times now. Both times the food was amazing, fast to arrive, hot, fresh and absolutely delicious. I've had the fish and chips and the turkey hot sandwich. The only thing is sometimes the service is a little rude. Overall it's worth going because the food is amazing and I like to support local. Menu is good and lots of selection.
