I have ordered (Dine-In) kerala porotta & beef roast. It was very bad i ever had. Porotta looks like 1 week old and dry. And beef roast very disappointing. This is my first & last visit to this restaurant😖🤮🤮.

I stopped by here for the first time and tried their Onasadya. It was great tasting and authentic.
The service was great excellent. The chef himself, Akshay came out and made sure everyone was enjoying their meals. The server I had, Rahul had a contagious smile throughout the time I was there.
The restaurant itself is small at the moment but I noticed that there is an expansion ongoing.

I really enjoyed my visit to Kerala Kitchen in Scarborough. Their chicken biriyani was flavorful and well cooked, and the boiled fried plantain was delicious and perfectly done. The customer service was very good the staff were polite and welcoming, which made the experience even better. I’ll definitely come back again❤️

I went to Kerala Kitchen on Sheppard with my husband, and unfortunately, we both had a very unpleasant experience. We were left waiting for over 25 minutes with no update on our order. When we asked about it, instead of helping us, the staff started shouting. It felt very disrespectful and unprofessional. We left feeling disappointed and won’t be returning

When I politely checked on the status of my food, the staff unexpectedly shouted at me instead of offering an explanation. I found this behavior unprofessional and upsetting. I hope they take customer service more seriously in the future.

Bought the egg puffs from here which is not good at all
The food was bad. We ordered beef roast and veg korma, the both the curries tasted bad, it was like eat boiled vegetables that are not fully cooked in water. Beef roast was also just watery beef it had no taste. No salt no spice.

I ordered chilli chicken and fried rice from this place, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. The food did not taste good at all. The chilli chicken had a strange flavor nothing like what it’s supposed to be , and it was overloaded with artificial food coloring. Even after washing my hands multiple times, the color still didn’t come off the next day, which is really concerning. Definitely not ordering from here again.
